Perfettamente collegato con il resto della città dalla U-Bahn U 7 & U 9 della Berlinerstrasse a sole 3 fermate da Zoologischen Garten. L'appartamento si trova al primo piano di un edificio residenziale. Dispone di una camera da letto, un soggiorno, una grande cucina e un bagno moderno ed è stato completamente ristrutturato ed arredato con mobili vintage e di design. Ha anche un balcone per le giornate estive! Informazioni generali: Il numero massimo di inquilini è 2. Il check-in è dalle 16:00 alle 21.00, il check-out entro le 12:00.
Le spese di pulizia finale di € 45 dovranno essere pagate cash al check-in.

Biancheria da letto e asciugamani sono inclusi, 2 camere, 1 letto matrimoniale, 1 divano-letto matrimoniale, una macchina da caffè, frigorifero, forno a microonde, lavatrice, TV e Internet WiFi. Ci farà molto piacere incontrarvi.
Il check-in dopo l'orario previsto (dopo le 21:00) €25,00.
Regole della casa
1-Si prega di non fare rumore dalle 22:00 alle 08:00 tutti i giorni della settimana, vivrete in un appartamento di un edificio dove la gente va a lavorare ogni mattina e non è in vacanza; quindi per favore evitate il più possibile i rumori durante le ore suddette.
2-Animali non ammessi.
3-Tutti gli oggetti e i mobili fanno parte della casa, si prega di lasciarli al loro posto.
4-Per qualsiasi domanda circa l'uso degli apparecchi o dispositivi elettronici non esitare a contattarci, saremo lieti di aiutarvi. Nel caso in cui abbiate un problema contattateci, cercheremo di risolverlo il più presto possibile.
5-Non è consentito accogliere più ospiti di quelli della prenotati.
6- E 'severamente vietato in Germania scaricare file illegali da Internet, tutti i download sono singolarmente registrati e multati.
7 - Non sono ammessi bambini.
8-In caso di qualsiasi domanda, richiesta particolare o riparazioni si prega di contattarcii, cercheremo di risolvere il problema al più presto possibile. Anche se temporaneo questo appartamento è la vostra casa, si prega di prenderne cura, noi viviamo qui diversi mesi all'anno.
9 - Ricordiamo che ogni danno a mobili, oggetti e a parti dell'appartamento sarà addebitato all'ospite al momento del check out.

The Space
Practical apartment located in a quiet neighborhood in West Berlin, near the famous Kurfüstendamm and the emblematic KaDeWe.
Perfectly connected with the rest of the city from the U-bahn Station U 7 & U 9 of Berliner Strasse at only 3 stops from Zoologischen Garten.
The apartment is on the first floor of a rational building. It has one bedroom, a living room, a large kitchen and a modern bathroom and has been completely refurbished.
It also has a balcony for the summer days!
General information:
The maximum number of tenants are 2.
Check-in is from 3.00 pm to 9.00 PM, check-out before 12 pm.
Facilities:
bedding and towels are included, 2 rooms, 1 Double-Bed, 1 double sofa-bed, a Coffee machine, a Refrigerator, a Microwave, a Washing machine, a TV and WiFi internet.

The cleaning fee of € 45 has to be paid cash at check-in
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE CITY OF BERLIN REQUESTS THE BERLIN CITY TAX OF 5% PAYABLE CASH AT CHECK-IN, SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.

MANDATORY HOUSE RULES
1- Please keep the noise down between 10pm and 8am every day of the week, you are living in an apartment Building where people go to work every morning and are not on holiday; so please keep more quiet as possible.
2- No pet allowed.
3- All objects and furnitures are part of the apartment, please leave them inside.
4- If there is any question about the use of the appliances or electronic devices don´t hesitate to ask, we will be happy to help you. In case there is any problem also let us know, we will try to repair them as soon as possible.
5- It is not allowed to accommodate more guests than the ones in the reservation.
6- IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN IN GERMANY TO DOWNLOAD ILLEGAL FILES FROM THE INTERNET, ALL DOWNLOADS ARE INDIVIDUALLY REGISTERED AND FINED.
8 - No children allowed.
9 - Please note that any damage to objects, furniture and fixtures of the apartment will be charged to the guest at check-out.

In case of any question, petition or repairs please get in touch with us, we will try to fix it as soon as we can.
Though temporary this apartment is your home, please take care of it, we live here several months a year.
