3rd time staying here!

I love this property so much this is my 3rd time staying there! The communication with the property manager was excellent- we had a broken toaster and they replaced it within a day! Ideal location, fantastic shower, very clean, easy check-in process and loved the roofdeck. The only note I would say is the last two times I stayed there with a friend and they only gave us 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels total for both of us for a 5 day stay. Each time, we requested more towels and they got them to us same day. I think it would be a good idea to have more towels and extra sheets on hand as the couch is fold out.

Absolutely Amazing Flat

This flat was better thab advertised! It was spotless, the bed was so comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. Check in was smooth and when we had one question it was answered quickly. Take the three flights of stairs seriously if traveling with anyone with mobility concerns.

Great Location

Easy in and out. Seven dials neighborhood has lots of shops, cafes and restaurants. Easy to hop on the tube and get to most places quickly. It is a walk up, but was only a little bit of a pain with luggage in and out as we had a lot, but otherwise not bad at all. Roof is a nice respite from the crowds below on the weekend. Great stay

Enjoyable 4 night stay

My wife and I had a wonderful time in London. Staying at this Covent Garden location was perfect. It was convenient to everything we wanted to do. I would highly recommend staying here. The only downside is the 4 flights of stairs. During the stay it wasn't a problem but checking in and out with heavy luggage was a little difficult.
