Questa casa di metà del secolo si trova nel famoso quartiere di Warm Sands, apprezzato per la sua vicinanza al centro di Palm Springs. Ristrutturato in modo unico questa casa ha un'atmosfera informale e senza pretese. Ritirati dietro le porte in un ambiente rilassante e sofisticato.

La sua posizione centrale è ideale per una vacanza rilassante sotto il sole della California, a pochi minuti dal centro di Palm Springs, nelle vicinanze di negozi, ristoranti, locali notturni, casinò, escursioni e tram aereo.

Rilassati a bordo piscina ammirando la splendida montagna di San Jacinto a 10.800 piedi sopra il fondovalle. Goditi il due per uno: rilassati in piscina e nel centro benessere e rilassati sull'amaca circondata da un giardino recintato. O goditi la comoda area salotto all'aperto nel tranquillo e verde cortile all'ombra di un enorme e vecchio albero di Mesquite.

Questa casa è l'ideale per intrattenere gli ospiti, con il piano aperto che vive al meglio, con una grande cucina moderna e confortevole aperta su zone giorno, pranzo e spazi esterni. Ammira il cortile tranquillo e pacifico attraverso una parete di vetro, mentre la splendida luce del deserto inonda la casa. La zona giorno è composta da intime aree salotto, incentrate sul cortile sul retro, sul camino o sulla piscina.

La cucina è il cuore di questa casa, dove puoi cucinare deliziosi pasti ed essere sempre al centro dell'attività. È un ottimo posto per cucinare e intrattenere i tuoi amici e la tua famiglia. La cucina è aperta a tutte le zone giorno e all'esterno e presenta ripiani in quarzo, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, una gamma Viking, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, macchina da caffè Nespresso (cialde non fornite), macchina da caffè americano, spremiagrumi nutribullet, tostapane, frullatore e tutto il resto gli strumenti necessari per preparare i pasti gourmet.

La vita interna / esterna di Palm Springs al suo meglio con un facile accesso ai cortili esterni per rilassarsi o cenare. La zona pranzo esterna posteriore può ospitare comodamente 8 persone.

Ci sono 3 camere da letto, ognuna con un letto matrimoniale e ampie finestre con accesso diretto all'esterno. Le camere sono dotate di letti con piattaforma Modani, con materassi memory foam. Stile giapponese, sono bassi fino al suolo e come tali non sono più adatti a chi ha problemi alla schiena o a chi ha problemi a stare in piedi da un letto basso. Il master ha un bagno privato, con le altre due camere che condividono un bagno ristrutturato. Tutte le camere hanno il loro accesso diretto ai giardini, con i loro mini cortili.

Grande TV intelligente a LED HD con DirecTV con HBO, Showtime, Netflix, Amazon Prime e HULU disponibili, nonché un lettore DVD Blue Ray. Internet ad alta velocità e un iMac sbloccato con oltre 120 GB di musica sono disponibili per gli ospiti. Lavatrice e asciugatrice a gas sono forniti. Gli aggiornamenti e i miglioramenti del 2017 includono una nuova vasca idromassaggio e una piscina coperta.

Great spot for a weekend getaway

5 of us stayed in this 3 BR house for a 3 day weekend. Great kitchen, pool and spa...heating worked great and much faster than we are used to in some other rentals! Host and greeter were very welcoming. No issues with the property, though some of the exterior could use some updating. The queen beds were a bit on the small side for 2 people, but we are used to king bed at home :)

The property was described accurately.

I wanted to give the home 5 stars, but because the management team does not reply to my messages I am only giving 3 stars. The home was nice and had all amenities. The management and cleaning fees were almost as much as the home rental! I was charged $75 for a pool heating fee. The pool was not heated, nor did we use the jacuzzi (it wasn’t very clean) so there shouldn’t be a heating fee of $75. I’ve sent three messages to the management with no response. Sadly, I’m only disappointed in the customer service of the management.

Needs Some Updates

Overall a good experience. The owner and staff were friendly and the kitchen is great. Everything else needs updating and or replacing. The pool was dirty when we checked in and was turning green by the tail-end of our stay. The owner did get this addressed quickly when I called. The front yard itself is lovely. The deck furniture is adequate but the picnic table needs new paint. Also the gate lock has to be opened by key and there is only one. The code box didn't work. The furniture in the living room is stained and uncomfortable but the TV is big and has a solid Direct TV package and there are a lot of fun art books. The kitchen truly shines and we were able to make some great meals. There is, strangely, a fully grassed backyard that is constantly watered. It was fun to watch the hummingbirds eat the gnats the grass attracted! The grill is back there, and a large glass dining table and some chaises (stained like the other furniture). The grill works well but the lightening isn't adequate for evening dining al fresco. The bathrooms are OK but small, they provided good toiletries, the shower in the master didn't drain well and the faucet was loose. The shower heads need replacing. The bedrooms were fine and the mattresses, pillows and linens comfortable but the beds are way to low to the ground and there are no blackout curtains. We had to hang extra blankets to block out the light at night. Overall the house is fine but for the price it should be better maintained and appointed.

Better then the pictures!

We had a wonderful stay at warm sands over the winter holidays. The house was even more impressive then the pictures. The kitchen is perfect for cooking together with lots of appliances (blenders, coffee makers). If you are looking to do serious cooking you will have to get a little creative with pots/pans and cooking utensils since there is only the bare minimum of these. The gas fire place, hot tub, and pool were perfect for vacationing. We had fresh grapefruit juice and lemons our entire stay, picked daily in the backyard. The lawn was not very useful since it was always wet from the sprinkler system- a turfed backyard would be more useful and utilize a lot less resources. The management company was extremely helpful and responsive. We were able to walk to the aroyo and then downtown easily- the location was perfect for that. Quiet street but close to activities. Over-all highly recommend and hope we can return for future winter visits.

Nice, clean place, tastefully decorated

The property was nice. The property manager met us right when he said he would and was very welcoming. They are very organized with a notebook to walk you through the ins and outs of operating the house. A lot of street noise by the pool with workmen, cars, trucks etc.. And the neighbors are noisy through the fence but you can't even listen to music from your iPhone to drown it out. Also, our plans had changed last minute very drastically and although we came in good faith and honored our stay, the owner wouldn't budge on any money back when we couldn't stay the final night. We come often to Palm Springs and would probably choose an easier, more flexible place. We have found other places we liked better but they were booked this weekend. But this was probably too big of a home for just two people anyway. Beautiful backyard though! And the pool in the front yard is a cool feature.
