BLAU BLUE 3 - Nice apartment with spectacular sea views and access to a communal terrace.

Wake up every day with the sound of the waves! This apartment in Can Picafort with sea views is ideal for 4 people.
This apartment is on the second floor without elevator. A roof terrace has astonishing views over Alcúdia Bay and features a table with chairs and two sun loungers. The neighbours have access to this rooftop terrace, but each has its own area and equipment.

The sitting-dining room with A/C and satellite-TV has a large window where you'll enjoy amazing views over the Mediterranean and the sea promenade. There's a fully-equipped kitchen with vitro hob to prepare your favourite meals. Ideal for long stays, there's a washer, iron and ironing board. If you visit us during the winter, the apartment has central heating. Both bedrooms come with two twin each and there is a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet. A cot and a high chair can be provided upon request.

The accommodation is on the sea promenade, a lively place during the summer and close to restaurants, shops, supermarkets, bars and the fine grained sand beach where you can rent sun loungers and parasol or practice water sports. A 10 minute's walk takes you to the Ses Casetes des Capellans Beach where you can enjoy a good Paella in one of the restaurants. Besides, you could visit Alcúdia's and Pollença's old town, the natural park of S'Albufera or the Caves of Campanet. A car is not essential, but very recommended if you're planning to explore the island.

close to beach but not all as advertised

adequate place, nice view but window was so dirty you could hardly see through it. Only one cleaning at this price is disappointing as other places gave weekly cleaning and change of bed sheets and towels. Calling office for complaints was a nightmare and little help. Air conditioning in the kitchen as per photo does not work at all- false advertising; but works in works and living room.

Sommer, Sonne, Katzensprung zum Strand

Die Lage ist natürlich heraus ragend. Über Preis Leistung muss ich auf Mallorca glaube ich, nichts sagen - ist immer bescheiden. Man könnte das Aufenthaltserlebenis deutlich steigern, wenn die Dachterasse ein wenig gestaltet werden würde. Insbesondere mit einem Sonnenschutz. Es gibt nur einen Schlüssel. Bei 4 Personen suboptimal. Wir haben immer den Schlüsseltresor am Eingang genutzt.

Logement idéal pour des vacances. Vue directe sur la mer, toit terrasse avec une vue magnifique ! De nombreux magasins et activités autour (supermarché, bar, restaurant, location de vélo, de voitures etc). Stationnement gratuit dans les rues (avec globalement peu de difficulté à trouver de la place, peut importe l’heure d’arrivée, il nous fallait maximum 5min de recherche et nous n’étions jamais garé à plus de 2min du logement). Le logement était propre à notre arrivée. Très fonctionnel et bien équipé. Bref rien à redire, nous hésitions entre prendre un logement à Palma ou celui-ci, clairement nous ne regrettons pas, Ca’n Picafort est beaucoup plus calme, plus agréable, et avec tous le nécessaire pour les activités de la journée.

Alles hat bestens geklappt. Die Wohnung hat einen fantastischen Ausblick (die Scheiben waren leider etwas dreckig, sonst wäre der Ausblick noch schöner gewesen 😉) und näher zum Strand geht nicht. Tiptop.

Apartment was just like the pictures.

Apartment was just like the pictures. Excellent view. Everything was super close. Balcony was on the roof and only if you stood you could look away. Not exactly inviting to sit down.
