Villa St Thomas è una posizione molto privata situata a 353 piedi di fronte all'oceano. La nostra spiaggia privata dell'associazione è una passeggiata facile di 300 yard. 0,5 miglia di auto dalla spiaggia di Lindquist.
Siamo a un miglio a ovest da Red Hook e da tutti i punti di ristoro locali, a un miglio a ovest del traghetto che va a St John e BVI ea mezzo miglio a est della famosa spiaggia di Lindquist.
Ci sono tre parti nella nostra casa che hanno accesso alla nostra piscina infinity privata e alla vasca idromassaggio.
La nostra tariffa di noleggio si basa su 8 ospiti, ogni ospite oltre 8 è di $ 100 a persona a notte. Quando il noleggio è per 10 persone il cottage è incluso nel prezzo di noleggio.

LA CASA PRINCIPALE

La camera da letto principale ha due bagni.
2 e 3 camere da letto hanno ciascuna il proprio bagno o possono essere utilizzate come una suite familiare.
Grande cucina, sala da pranzo, posti a sedere fino a 12 dentro e fino a 8 a tavola fuori dalla piscina e un ampio soggiorno con TV a grande schermo solo per rilassarsi.
Tutte le aree hanno accesso diretto alla piscina.

IL LIVELLO INFERIORE Acceduto dalle scale esterne al livello inferiore dalla piscina.
Ha una camera da letto con letto king size, salotto, bagno e una camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e due letti singoli.
Ideale per una piccola famiglia.

C'è un grande ponte proprio sull'oceano da entrambi i livelli superiori e inferiori.
Dal ponte inferiore questi sono 20 gradini verso l'oceano per lo snorkeling e il kayak.

COTTAGE
Si trova a 8 piedi a est della cucina della casa principale e ha una camera da letto con re, bagno, cucina e soggiorno con un terrazzo privato, ideale per una coppia che vuole solo un po 'più di privacy. Il cottage è incluso con affitti di 10 persone.

Ci sono due penne per bambini, ma non le sistemiamo. Qualsiasi responsabilità derivante da una sistemazione impropria è responsabilità degli affittuari!

Absolutely Stunning!!!

I rarely write reviews, but this review needs to be known. Amazing, stunning, gorgeous, exquisite, etc..... This property is everything you see and so much more. The perfect location. Safe, gated, quiet neighborhood. We already booked for next year. We were a family of 12. 7 adults and 5 kids (ages 6-10). Plenty of room for everyone. Perfect layout. Brent (the host) was fantastic! Great recommendations and was on top of anything you needed the entire trip. I can't say one negative thing about this property, host or owner. Pictures do not do it justice. Thank you Brent and Kent! See you soon.

Fabulous Family retreat

We visited March 16-23rd. This home was a great layout for our family ages 18m to 87 yrs. Fully stocked and beautiful layout with stunning views from all areas. Private yet close to dining, beaches galore, shopping. All the comforts of home in paradise. The hosts and property manager were very attentive to all our needs. We enjoyed it so much we are booking again next year.

Dream Vacation House

This property is truly spectacular! The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. You have a view of the ocean almost everywhere. The outdoor patio/pool area is large with comfortable furniture and an absolutely breathtaking view. Everything is very well-maintained. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and there is a double washer/drier. The location of this property is ideal - it is only a few minutes to restaurants, grocery stores, beaches, etc. Brent, the property manager, is extremely helpful and responsive. Overall we had a terrific stay and highly recommend this gorgeous home!

Great Family Vacation

We had a great week at Villa St. Thomas. Everything in the home was clean and fresh. Perfect for our family of ten. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The view is breathtaking. We had a fun time snorkeling out on the reef (on calmer days). The private beach was a great bonus and we even saw a sea turtle there. The location is wonderful. Only 5 minutes from Red Hook with a variety of restaurants and a couple of grocery options. Although the island seems very safe and we never had any issues, the gated property and community added layers of security. We can't wait to come back!

Does not disappoint!

This is the second year of a group of eight adults have stayed at this property… And once again, we were not disappointed! The property owner, as well as the Property manager bend over backwards to help you! I would highly recommend this property.

I had a private practice for 41 years.
This is our 7th year in St Thomas, second year in Marathon and Islamorada and have had rental homes in Grand Rapids and two in Whistler over the past for 23 years.

We have always looked for high end properties that we can enjoy as well as others.
We are looking for renters who will care for our home and hope to provide a great vacation experience.

Our private association beach is a 300 yard easy walk. 440 yard walk to Lindquist beach.
We are one mile west of Red Hook and all the local dining spots, one mile west of the ferry that goes to St John and BVI, and one half mile east of the famous Lindquist Beach. .
There are three parts to our home which all have access to our very private Infinity pool and hot tub.
We are new to St Thomas but have had rental homes in Grand Rapids and two in Whistler in the past for 7 years.
