Molte date in aprile / maggio disponibili con soggiorno minimo di cinque notti. Ho settimane proprietario dal 2 marzo al 16 marzo per sette notti da sabato a sabato.

Questa è la grande villa padronale con una camera da letto .. Il prezzo del proprietario è inferiore del 40% rispetto al prezzo diretto da Marriott. Si ottiene una master suite completa con una camera da letto con un letto king size e un soggiorno con un divano letto matrimoniale.

Marriott Canyon Villas è un resort in multiproprietà che condivide i servizi del JW Marriott a Desert Ridge. Ottieni i giochi e le attività di famiglia in multiproprietà e ottieni i servizi di lusso di un JW Marriott, come due campi da golf, tennis, spa e il fiume lento.

La villa padronale con una camera da letto è perfetta per una coppia con un letto king size e un balcone privato. L'unità ha un soggiorno separato con un divano letto estraibile per uno o due bambini.

Il Marriott Canyon Villas Resort dispone di un grande complesso di piscine con cascate e ombra. Una vasca idromassaggio e una piscina olimpionica sono accanto alla piscina principale. Ci sono attività per tutta la famiglia con club per bambini, salsa, birra e serata barbecue, tie-die. Le aree di gioco hanno lancio di fagioli, bocci, shuffleboard, calcio balilla e ping pong.

Hai accesso al JW Marriott con due campi da golf (Wildfire Faldo e Palmer) e un centro benessere. Il JW ha bar, ristoranti, più piscine e un fiume lento (l'accesso potrebbe essere limitato durante la settimana di Pasqua)

Desert Ridge

The location near Desert Ridge is very convenient to shopping, dining and the interstate. The Canyon Villas provide a lot of both structured and unstructured activities. We will definitely pay a return visit.

A wonderful stay

It's a lovely place and a great home with all things do you need. Big kitchen. Cozy bedroom. Big TV in the living room and a smaller one in the bedroom. You have a lot of pools because you also can use the pools from the JW Marriott 3 minutes away from the canyon villas. You reach this with a shuttle every 30 minutes. This shuttle drive you also to the Desert Ridge Marketplace every 45 minutes. You have restaurants in the JW Marriott you can go there for a breakfast buffet or to the stone grill for lunch or dinner. The best thing is the lazy River you need therefore a big tub they are lying at the pool. We find this year the jackpot we came back. Christine and Franz

Best Vacation Ever!

The Villas at Desert Ridge were extremely clean, spacious, and supplied with everything we needed. The property was beautiful, perfectly maintained, and provided a variety of activities for all ages. It is a very family-friendly resort with planned activities everyday. We played pickleball, basketball, ping pong, shuffleboard, bocce ball, and enjoyed hours in the pool! The kids loved the new splash pad, as well. There was plenty of shade available to get out of the sun throughout the resort. Our favorite activity was going to the Lazy River at the JW Marriott! The resort provided free shuttle service to and from the Marriott, as well as the shopping center nearby. The staff was so friendly and helpful! The full kitchen was awesome, and we grilled in the courtyard almost every night. We also used the firepits each evening. The resort continues to add trending amenities and facility improvements to the property. The washer and dryer in the villas were also a huge bonus! We had a one bedroom for three adults and our daughters stayed in a two bedroom that comfortably handled four adults and three children. The Marriott arranged for both villas in the same building, and combined three reservations for us, and two reservations for our daughters, so that we all could remain in the same units. Everything was reserved perfectly when I called to confirm our stay in advance and when we arrived. I highly recommend the Villas at Desert Ridge, and hope to return for another memorable stay. The only thing that we needed was more time! This was the best vacation ever for our family!

Beautiful Campus

Resort is perfect for anyone looking to relax in a clean and convenient resort. We had a young kid and both pools are perfectly designed for our family. I highly recommend this resort.

I took my passion for travel and turned it into a small business renting out timeshare reservations. I invested in more than 20 Marriott and Hyatt timeshare weeks. I only buy ownership at a resort that I would want to use myself. We have stayed many times at Marriott Canyon Villas and it is a great resort. When you rent one of my owner reservations you will get a very nice villa at a good value price.

Many of my guests return year after year. I consider myself an advisor on things to do in Phoenix and other timeshare resorts to experience.

The Marriott Canyon Village is a luxury vacation club resort in North Phoenix. It shares facilities with the JW Marriott Desert Ridge. It has beautiful pools, two championship golf courses and eight tennis courts.

Phoenix has over 300 days of sunshine a year. It is a great destination for a golfer or a baseball fan. As a city of four million, Phoenix has museums, gardens, theater and many other activities.

You get all the amenities of the resort, spa, golf and the JW Marriott for the price of a Marriott Courtyard.

Marriott always stands for quality. The units are well built and maintained. They were all fully renovated in 2014. Canyon Villas is rated by Interval International in the highest tier of timeshare properties.

The studio side is a very economical vacation home for a couple. The pull-out sofa is a great place for the kids and grandchildren.
