I was born in NYC and resided there with my parents and brothers for many years.
My parents were performers with the NYC Opera, NYC Ballet, Théâtre, radio and film.
My siblings and I studied music, dance, etc.. and began performing as well. .
When there was an opportunity for vacations, we could not wait to escape the city, and head to the Adirondack Mountains, which is how I eventually ended up here!
Shortly after purchasing a vacation home on location, the existing resort at the time closed down.
After 10 years of closure, I convinced my neighbor, previous owner and present co owner, to reopen.
In 2014, after extensive renovations, redesign, and marketing, we reinvented the resort and developed "The Lodge at Harrisburg Lake".
We are proud to have earned multiple awards including international and are presently known as the "hidden gem" in the Adirondack region.
I am also Executive chef with restaurant and a private catering background from NYC.
The menu consists of homecooked meals using family recipe's which include only fresh and natural ingredients.
Our amazing "chef Doug" is hard at work daily, preparing the authentic meals to perfection!
Our intimate Lodge team work very hard creating a wonderful experience for our guests as we put our hearts and souls into this magical place!
