Hermosa Beach, a 30 minuti dal centro di L. A. e 15 minuti a sud di LAX. Le riviste Coastal Living e Sunset valutano Hermosa come una delle migliori spiagge. È una casa meravigliosa sulla spiaggia situata nella zona più bella di Hermosa Beach. I panorami sono mozzafiato.

Dista 2 minuti a piedi da deliziosi ristoranti aperti dalla mattina alla sera e da un minimarket. È a 8 minuti a piedi da Pier Plaza con una grande varietà di ristoranti e negozi. Target, Nordstrom presso South Bay Galleria Mall e Costco sono raggiungibili in 7-15 minuti in auto.

La Casita è progettata nel lussuoso stile Tommy Bahama. La casa ha una fresca cucina completa con piano in granito e isola. Le camere da letto e i bagni sono completi e arredati con gusto. Ci sono pavimenti in legno pregiato in tutta la casa.

Molte cose interessanti e divertenti da fare nelle vicinanze: fai i tuoi allenamenti nella palestra "The Yard". Valley Park ha un nuovo parco giochi per bambini a soli 1/2 miglio di distanza. Campi da tennis e basket pubblici si trovano nelle vicinanze. Il molo di Redondo Beach e King Harbour si trovano a 3,2 km di distanza e forniscono tutte le attività legate alla pesca e alla nautica, incluso il whale watching. Campi da golf, campi da par 3 e minigolf sono a 15 minuti. Il magnifico Donald Trump National Golf Club dista 20 minuti in auto.

Loved our stay

Our family loved this home and plan on returning. All the previous reviews are 100% accurate about how wonderful the house is and how the location can’t be beat. The house has everything you need and more. The house is on the strand so you have nightly sunsets and easy walks to the ocean waves. We loved using the bikes. We appreciated the secure court yard to easily store the bikes when not in use. The fire pit and outdoor patio were used often and made you feel like there was even more space to enjoy. The home owner Buckita is as sweet, caring and friendly as all the reviews explain. We really enjoyed our 30 days in her home and appreciate all her attention to detail. We can’t wait to return.

First off, you feel like you're staying at your family beach house when you're here. Buckita truly goes above and beyond, and is just one of those people who you are truly fortunate to encounter in life. The location is unbeatable. We loved our time here!

Awesome!

The beach was our front yard— we loved it. The owner was very helpful and home had everything we needed. The town plaza is a nice short walk from the home with lots of restaurants and nightlife. We want to return next year!!

Home away from home

This was a treat! The home provided everything you need from various serving platters, towels, toys for all ages, boogie board, surfboards, wetsuit, umbrellas, chairs...I mean, you name it, it had it! The view and people watching was priceless. We truly felt like we were at home and were so sad to leave. Buckita the owner was a sweetheart and she really made this experience so that you feel at home. We are going to miss it BUT, we will be back!

Hermosa Beach, our favorite!

Our family has stayed at this property several times, and we are absolutely in love with Hermosa Beach! We are a family of four, and love the accommodations. The property is appointed with anything and everything you could possibly need while you are there. All you need is to pack a suitcase. The property is in a fantastic location with many restaurants and charming shops to visit. This property is spotless, and our favorite feature is the outdoor patio. Whether you want to enjoy a quiet morning, watch a fun volleyball match, or a beautiful sunset, this is the spot. There has not been a day that has gone by that a passerby has not said how nice the property is. This location is PERFECT for anyone wanting to enjoy the beautiful beaches of Southern California. It is close to many attractions like Disneyland, and Hollywood, but honestly, our family (including the kids) never want to leave. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind, and one of the only places we have been where we didn't feel like we needed a vacation from vacation. It is very apparent that there is pride of ownership. Each time we visit we notice something that has been added or improved upon. The owner is very friendly, and hospitable. We would highly recommend this property to everyone, and look forward to returning after each visit. (Our kids actually cry when it is time to return home...they love it THAT much).

This location is considered, by South Bay real estate experts, to be one of the top three lots on the Hermosa Beach Strand. It's on a corner and oversized, it's north of the pier, and sits on the 'sunny side' of the street. Most Strand homes have a small deck in front.... we choose this location because of the large deck and huge ocean front side yard.
