The Campaniletto is a villa dating back to the 16th century located north of Rome in the Sabina Hills which stretch from the banks of the Tiber River to the Appenine Mountains
The villa is immersed in rolling hills covered with olive trees which climb towards the steeper mountains with its vast forests of oak trees. On each hilltop we find either a small medieval town, a castle or a monastery to visit. "The Campaniletto sits at the top of a hill framed by thick woods and an olive grove offering a breathtaking view over the valley of the Natural Reserve of" Tevere - Farfa ". Its unique position offers both seclusion and privacy without being isolated. A short pleasant walk, just 400 meters, will take you to the nearby town of Forano with its restaurants, shops and supermarkets.
The villa can accommodate from a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 8 guests since some of the bedrooms have a loft with additional beds. On the ground floor we have a large living room with french windows which open on the garden, a kitchen will fridge, stove and kitchen appliances such as a Lavazza coffee machine, and large fridge. Next to the living room is a very large dining room which can seats 16. The ground floor has a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the second floor we have the master bedroom with a king size bed and a loft with 3 additional single beds, a twin bedroom which has bunk beds which can sleep four, a large bathroom with bathtub, and another bedroom with living room which has a queen size bed, and in its loft a king size bed. This room also gives access to a large terrace.
The villa is surrounded by a 5000 sqm meticulously landscaped garden which includes a swimming pool, a pergola, an outdoor wood oven for cooking.

Il Campaniletto is located in the perfect position to visit not only Rome (only 35 km away), but also nearby cultural centers such as the Abbey of Farfa, Vescovio, Casperia, Selci, Rocca Antica and Collevecchio. Other activities include horseback excursions, trekking, walks in the woods, bicycle rides and eno-gastronomic and cultural itineraries.
