VILLA DESCRIPTION
the luxury Villa surrounded by nature in a property of 15000sqm fenced with traditional stone wall. Located in the area of Costa Smeralda, place worldwide famous for its fine, sandy beaches and the emerald water. Only 10 minutes driving from Porto Cervo, the exclusive, favourite destination for international guests, who come to enjoy sea, shops, restaurants and nightlife. Due to its position the Villa has a 360-degree, breath-taking panorama with a magical sea view of Cala di Volpe bay.
It was built in 2005, fully restored in 2017 in a modern style with every comfort for a 5-stars accommodation. The villa’s design and decor are luxurious and characteristic with terracotta and parquet floors. All furnishings are tailored and hand-made with fine wood. There are private swimming pool, private entrance and private parking of 500smq. Fully furnished for outdoor eating, with sofas and tables, BBQ, shower, gym and terrace. It is suitable for adults and children.

Wonderful.....

Better than presented in the announcement. On the journey to reach the house that seems isolated in the mountains of Sardinia, we begin to appreciate the strong impact with nature. Arrived at the house, we are received by the owner who immediately puts us at ease, illustrates the house with all its rooms, all very beautiful, very clean and with attention to detail. Arrived on the terrace we discover the most exciting detail, the view, a 360 degree view, a view that at sunrise and sunset gives colors worthy of Monet's best paintings. Wonderful holiday, beautiful house, a fantastic swimming pool, but the biggest surprise was the welcome of the owner and his wife who treated us with the attention that is dedicated to the family. Thanks again for your hospitality, we will see you soon.

Perfect Accommodation

The Villa located in Porto Cuervo was set on top a hill and had views of the Mediterranean Sea, and surrounded by mountains with rock formations. The Villa exceeded our expectation. It was beautifully maintained with all amenities imaginable. The swimming pool was magnificent with ample chaise lounges, a work out area which included a bicycle, and treadmill. A washing machine was also available for our use. We were a group of ten women and everyone in the group expressed their comfort level during our stay at this Jewel Box in the sky.

Amazing Rental

We had an amazing stay. When you arrive the views are breathtaking. Then the place is clean, great linens, towels are soft, robes are helpful. Many of the rooms have en-suite bathrooms that are modern and have very good shower pressure with hot water. Then outside are multiple seating areas so you can take in the amazing views of the mountains or the water depending where you sit. You might prefer sunset or sunrise! It’s amazing. Also the pool was super fun. The owner is always there to help. He was attentive to any questions or concerns. He was also very helpful with Any recommendations, from towns to clubs to restaurants. The chef he recommended Andrea was outstanding. love Love him and his delicious food. A couple restaurants out were amazing too. We were twelve people and travel quite a bit. This trip was wonderful and being at Bedda Ista was truly special. Thank you.

Simply phenomenal

We have spent one week in Vito’s and Floriana’s house and we had the best experience ever. Both Vito and Floriana have been wonderful hosts, very kind and extremely reactive. The house is absolutely stunning, sparkling clean and wonderfully appointed and decorated. We loved every moment of the time spent at the swimming pool. We could not get enough of the view at 360o and the pictures do not show the beauty of the place! Thanks again Vito and Floriana for sharing this small piece of paradise with us!

Guest can go trekking, jogging. the Villa is situated in Monte Moro which is known for its routes to discover, that reach its top, where you can enjoy the beautiful landscape of Porto Cervo.
The large pool is adapt for children and adults, you can spend wonderful time breathing clean air.
In the morning, guest having breakfast can admire the sunrise from the sea and in the evening they can have an aperitif on the terrace by the pool while admiring the sunset over the hills.
at the same time, guests can reach the famous Porto Cervo in just 10 minutes driving where they will find famous nightclubs, starred restaurants, boutiques of the most famous stylists in the world.
Guest during the day with only 10 minutes driving can go to the famous beaches of Cala Di Volpe, Liscia Ruja, where they can spend the day in the famous beaches clubs.
