Please dispose of your trash.
Please help us look after our beautiful dining room table by using the place mats to avoid staining.
Please do not smoke in the apartment.
Please respect the other residents in the building by being quiet in the stairway.
Please ensure that when you go out, you lock the main door of the building's entrance.
Please close windows before going out in case it starts to rain.
Please do not run the air conditioning with the windows open.
Please do not use the bath towels as beach towels.
Please let me know at what time you plan to arrive so that we may arrange for check in. No check ins after 8 pm.
There is a standard rental agreement that can be pre-mailed to guests who have reserved in advance, or provided at check in.

Either myself or someone from my team will meet you upon arrival. We will direct you to parking if you are coming by car and to show you around the house. I provide my guests with loads of information on the area and amenities so that they can truly experience the area as a local would. I am available of course, for any questions prior to and during your stay. The location is very central. If you are looking to being right in the centre of town, this is it! It is the most convenient location for families or friends who want to make their way around without the car. Park your car in the nearby lot and explore the area on foot and by ferry boat. I can arrange a car service for you from the train station or airport for you and we can also have your luggage carried up to the apartment. Although it is centrally located, don't be alarmed, the windows provide good soundproofing and it is a very quiet building.

Total fee, inclusive of linens, towels, and final cleaning, all utilities
30% deposit due upon receipt to block dates. This is a non refundable deposit.
Remaining payment of 70% due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Payment must be received no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival or the reservation will be cancelled and no refund will be issued.
Refundable security deposit of 250€ to be paid either in advance or at time of arrival in cash. If there are no
damages to the property, this amount will be refunded in full on check out.
