VALPOLICELLA HILLS ～ PANORAMA

Recently renovated, the apartment is located in the heart of Valpolicella hills. Its red wine production is very well famous all over the world. It is also close to the Sacro Cuore, Don Calabria Hospital.
Valpolicella Hills will offer you a relaxing stay.

The apartment is composed by a bedroom, a living room with the kitchen and a bath room.
In the bedroom there are a double bed and two single beds, one of which can be used immediately and the other can be prepared on request as the bed is located underneath the other bed.
The living room is furnished with a couch which can become another double bed, a 40 inches screen TV, a DVD player, a fire place, an extensible table with four chairs (two more chairs are available on request) and a modern kitchen with a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave, an induction hob, an extractor hood and a fridge with a freezer compartment.
Both the bedroom and the living room are equipped with air-condition.
The bath room has a WC, a bidet, a mirror, a wash-stand with two drawers and a shower cabinet.
Guests facilities
Our guests can use all appliances (dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and etc.) in the kitchen. Linens and towels are prepared in the rooms and iron is also available in the wardrobe.
The apartment is surrounded by a large garden. An outdoor rounded table with a parasol and chairs is available. The swimming pool opens in the summer time only (usually from June to September) and is available for the guests free of charge and all day long. For an additional fee and only during certain hours of the day, it is also available a tennis court with synthetic grass (information on request).

You can contact me anytime during your stay as I live in the upper floor and, in case I’m not at home, by phone call, sms, whatsapp, line, i-message and face time.
The Neighborhood
The apartment is located in the city of Negrar, known and recognized for its red wine “Amarone” and “Recioto”, its vineyards and its famous wine cellars. Nearby you can reach with a nice walk or by car lots of wine cellars where you can taste the wine and, if you want, you can by directly from the wine producers. About 2kms away from the apartment you will find the center of the village with supermarkets, pharmacies, post office, banks, butchers, bakeries, restaurants, bars, take-away pizza and various shops. Negrar is also known for its hospital "Sacro Cuore Don Calabria".
Getting around
From Negrar, it takes about 20 min by car to get Verona historic center and about 30 min Garda Lake.
Our house is located in a strategic position to reach the main tourist destinations in the Veneto region.
You can reach Aquarden in 15 min, amusement parks on Garda Lake (Gardaland, Caneva World, Movieland, Parco Natura Viva, etc.) in half an hour, Sigurta Park, Valeggio, Mantova in 45 min. You can reach Trento and Padua in an hour, and Venice and Milan in two hours.

Negrar city charges you the city tax from 1 June 2021. The city tax is not included in the total amount you pay when you book my listing. It must be paid in cash only when you check-in. The tax is 1 euro per person per night, up to 7 nights in a month. (Children under 14 years old and senior over 65 years old are not charged )
