This is a large stylish three storey house in the Lake Garda area resort, in the historical village of Lonato del Garda.
The house is central, including part of the ancient walls leading to the Visconti's Castle. Nearby you can find the best shops and supermarkets (with typical food and wines), restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies, parks.
The bus-stop to the lake is out of the door.
Ground floor: garage with two parking spaces available.
First floor: 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds, 1 single bed) and 2 bathrooms. No AC at the first floor. Wifi available.
Second floor: wide open space with kitchen and living room equipped with TV + Apple computer + Wifi + AC. The living room overlooks a rock garden with oleander, vines and herbs. A small laundry is next to the garden and there is a bathroom also on the second floor.
Near the highway and roads to reach both the east and the west side of the lake, Desenzano, Sirmione, Verona, Mantua, Sabbioneta, Milan, Venice. Near the countryside south of the lake well known for the Mincio river cuisine. Beautiful view from Monte Baldo at 1800 meters with the cableway from Malcesine (1 hour drive).
CONNECTIONS
Railway stations: the Lonato railway line has very few stops in one day. We suggest you to use the Desenzano del Garda train station, which has several stops that lead to many cities (it is only a 5 minute drive from the house) such as Milan, Verona, Venice, Turin, Udine, etc.
Bus stop: just outside the front door, turn left and you will see it 10 meters ahead. The buses quickly reach the major towns of Lake Garda region South (Peschiera, Sirmione, Desenzano) and also Verona.
A4 Highway: Very close to the house is the A4 Highway at Desenzano del Garda, you can reach Milan, Verona, Venice, etc. There is a lot of queue in the summer at the exit of Sirmione, Peschiera and Desenzano.
Internal parking: two parking spaces available in the garage.
Outdoor parking: under Via Borgo Clio there's a free parking accessible from Via Salmister. In the parking area there is a map of cycle paths.
