The second bedroom for one person has a bed 1.40 x 2.00 m with bedside lamps and reading lights. Additional features include a wardrobe and wall mirror.
The hallway connects to the south to a well-equipped kitchen with island, a fridge with freezer and a dishwasher. Other kitchen utensils for cooking and baking are available. The table is arranged in front of the kitchen island (four seats).
The living area follows. The living area has a cozy seating area, plus satellite TV (German programs) and a wood-burning stove. A closet with books completes the living area. The renewed and enlarged balcony is equipped with a table and chairs and is in front of the living area.
The bathroom is on the left opposite the first bedroom and has a shower cubicle with low entry, toilet, vanity with mirror cabinet and hairdryer, plus a small washing machine for the little laundry.
The energy-saving lighting in the rooms is equipped with modern LED lamps. A WLAN guest access is set up. The rooms of the apartment are heated by modern electrical heating. There is a parking space at the house opposite the entrance. The lawn property can also be used.
The garbage disposal in the park takes place at central collection points, about 150m away. As far as bicycles are to be stored, there is the possibility to use the garden shed after prior registration.
