Questo complesso di appartamenti si trova a Keystone, in River Run. Keystone Resort (stazione sciistica) e Breckenridge (stazione sciistica) sono due tappe fondamentali per gli amanti delle attività. Great place with poor management

We absolutely loved the unit- well located, facing the mountains, sleeping 5 (we have 2 18+ children). Kitchen has anything you need, very cozy. The sunset on the balcony was hard to describe! Great applause to the owners. The management company is less than 1 star- the unit was not cleaned well, there was dust and debris on the floor. We asked to clean- no response, we asked for the vacuum cleaner- no response, and eventually, just running into the cleaning crew in the hallway we got one. The bathroom sink was clogged, and required almost full day to fix and 2 technicians, the issue was 2 floors below. The smell was horrible. This is not the owners issue, this is the management company issue.

Ski get away

This was a great location to the ski base and shops. The hot tub was a wonderful addition after a tiring day on the slopes.

High Ceilings, modern finishes, ski trail view, great hot tub!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for a week of skiing. The unit had a spacious feel, even though it was a one bedroom due to the high ceilings. The windows overlook Keystone, Keystone Mountain, and we could see people on the ski trails. The walk to the gondola, took about 5 to 10 minutes. The finishes in the condo are all updated. The kitchen and bath were really nice. A favorite was the convenient outdoor hot tub and lots of other people were enjoying the warm pool. We have stayed at various. Riverrun condos over the last several years, and this was the best hot tub by far .

Cozy little "cabin in the woods"

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While it is not exactly a cabin in the woods, once you enter this space, that's exactly how I felt. It was comfortable and just enough space for my husband and I. We really liked the access to the lockers, and the steam room was amazing. We also really appreciated having cable, as we could unwind after a day in the mountains without having to figure out login codes for Netflix or anything. The kitchen had everything we needed with the exception of having coffee for two days or creamer. We had a two-day stay with only one pack of coffee, there was also no little creamers (or powdered creamer) for the coffee. Not being black coffee drinkers this was quite the bummer. Other than that minor thing, this was perfect. We enjoyed the location and the access to the garage was great.

We are guest oriented, and we offer the following when you rent with us: hassle-free check-in and keycard pick-up, a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of consumables for your stay. We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
