Costa d'en Blanes è una zona residenziale molto esclusiva e tranquilla con la sicurezza 24 ore al giorno. A pochi minuti dalle glamour Puerto Portals con i suoi numerosi ristoranti, bar e negozi e diverse spiagge certificate Bandiera Blu (migliore qualità dell'acqua e pulizia), Costa d'en Blanes è ideale, tuttavia, posizionati in una splendida cornice naturale a pochi minuti al di fuori della vibrante vita cittadina Palma de Mallorca. La casa è circondata da un giardino Mediterraneo, tutte e 3 le camere dispongono di aria condizionata (calda e fredda) e TV satellitare.

Super Haus
ist in die Jahre gekommen Sauberkeit außen kann besser sein, sonst alles ok !!
Tolles Haus mit schöner Aussicht in ruhigem Villenviertel nahe Palma
Das Haus im mediterranen Baustil ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben jeden morgen auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt, uns von der Herbstsonne wärmen lassen und uns an der tollen Aussicht erfreut. Auch das Abendessen konnten wir dort genießen und vorbeiziehende Kreuzfahrtschiffe bewundern. Besonders eindrucksvoll fanden wir die festlich beleuchteten Schiffe nach Einbruch der Dunkelheit.
Das Haus liegt ruhig im hügeligen Villengebiet nur selten hört man mal ein lautes Motorrad auf der Autobahn. Aufgrund der naheliegenden Autobahn hervorragende Verkehrsanbindung, prima Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Palma, den Gebirgszug Serra de Tramuntana, Hafen Port d'Andratx,...
Kontakt mit dem Vermieter und den Agenten vor Ort zuverlässig und freundlich.
Einziges Manko war für uns der fehlende Geschirrspüler, das hatte ich vorausgesetzt, steht aber jedoch nicht in der korrekten Hausbeschreibung.
Wenn es uns wieder nach Mallorca zieht, kommen wir gerne wieder (vielleicht gibt es dann ja auch den Geschirrspüler ;-)
Amazing Property, Great Location, Wonderful Vacation!
Casa Bella far exceeded our expectations! The house was very spacious, clean and modern. Upon arrival the agent, Juan Antonio, met us at the property with a smile and fridge stocked with some provisions. The house layout, with the bedrooms all located on the lower floor was perfect for our group. The common areas with the terrace overlooking the bay, the pool and the surrounding area was idyllic, truly paradise.
The location was perfect for exploring and we drove into the surrounding towns, and it was an easy and accessible drive from Casa Bella.
A special note of gratitude to Juan Antonio, who graciously met us on short notice to supply an extra house key when we misplaced one...He made the experience more of a funny story rather than a disaster for us, and we are particularly grateful for that.
The house was truly wonderful, as was the island! Many thanks for making our stay a memorable and relaxing getaway.
Good property, amazing view, great location
We had a very good week at this property. It was well equipped and has the most spectacular sea view. There were lots of books and dvds should you wish to use them and the pool was clean. The pool area / back of the house was in the shade after about 4.30 which meant it was very pleasant to eat on the balcony in the evening watching the sunset and little sailing boats on the sea below. My only criticism is that there is not a dishwasher which I had not noticed from the details. If I could have given a score in between 4 and 5 I probably would have said 4.8 as the house is slightly dated but very comfortable and it was great having the option of using air conditioning if you needed it. Another good point is great location and very easy for the motorway and supermarket.
Super Ferienhaus

das Haus war und ist in einen super Zustand. Unsere Erwartungen haben sich zu 100% erfüllt . Die professionelle und zuverlässige Abwicklung mit dem Eigentümer wurde noch durch ein Willkommenskorb Getränke und Obst seiner Agentin übertroffen. Der Urlaub konnte von der 1. Minute beginnen. Toller Pool super Betten (Matrazen toll). Man ist in fünf Minuten am Supermarkt und in 3 Minuten am Hafen! Alles was versprochen wurde war vorhanden. Perfekt für Familien wir kommen bestimmt wieder .
Schoene Villa
Eine schoene Villa mit herrlichem Meerblick und sehr guter Ausstattung. Die Kommunikation und Buchung mit Terry war absolut problemlos, wie auch die Uebergabe vor Ort, inkl. prompter Ersetzung der Kaffeemachine, die ihren Geist aufgegeben hatte. Costa d'en Blanes selbst ist eine reine Villensiedlung, waehrend man in Portals Nous (< 5 Minuten mit Auto) alle anderen Urlaubsannehmlichkeiten findet wie Straende, Restaurants, Bars, Sportanlagen und einen tollen Yachthafen.
Wir haben einen Stern abgezogen fuer:
Schwergaengige Fenster und Tueren, die beim Schliessen unnoetig viel Laerm verursachen. Vorallem nachts war das stoerend.
Es war zwar relativ gut geputzt als wir das Haus uebernahmen, aber der Aussenbereich wurde leider groesstenteils vergessen, sodass wir selbst erstmal Hand anlegen mussten.
Die drei-stoeckige Anordnung des Hauses (Kueche, Wohnzimmer und Terrasse oben, Schlafzimmer und Baeder mitte und der Pool unten) ist Geschmackssache.
