I cottage e la casa sono realizzati con amore e conoscenza che danno loro bellezza e funzionalità. La vista sull'oceano è unica nel suo genere, devi venire da solo per vedere che qualsiasi foto sarebbe in grado di fare la sua giustizia, semplice la vista della vista spalancata e il primo tocco dell'orizzonte eclisserebbe e catturerebbe il tuo sembra un incantesimo. Abbiamo una piscina in comune per tutti i nostri ospiti.

Casa d'arte; È la casa principale della proprietà e ha i migliori dettagli di tutti, la piscina è proprio di fronte e condivisa con gli ospiti delle cabine. Le viste dalle camere da letto sono incredibili e ti fanno sentire dormire sopra il Pacifico. La casa ha due letti matrimoniali, tre letti singoli e due bagni completi. Ci sarà Luna nostra gente e bambini che adorano Lab sulla proprietà,
Ci sono molti altri dettagli, ma sta a te scoprirli.

Le nostre case e case si trovano in una zona benedetta dai primissimi abitanti: Chorotegas-Mangues, Borucas e Terrabas (C. R indigenas) che vivevano qui e nei dintorni. Venerare il loro Dio ('Nenbithia') e Godess ('Nengui Tamali') per prendersi cura del Cosmo. Quel senso di sacralità, tranquillità e incontro significativo che potevi percepire che si è realmente verificato in quest'area. In sintesi, è ben noto e documentato che gli antichi indigeni Costarricani vivevano qui e nelle zone di scogliera dove erano particolarmente apprezzati da loro.

Dall'altra parte, c'è quasi una fila infinita di attrazioni naturali come cascate, piscine strette, lagune, spiagge con una varietà di sabbie diverse, il parco naturale di Cabo Blanco e riserve naturali e molto altro.
I principali hotel e società di condominio non hanno ancora raggiunto quest'area, ciò che mantiene l'area piuttosto vergine e naturale senza i problemi che altre aree devono affrontare ora. Per gli amanti della natura o per le persone che vogliono semplicemente riposare dallo stress quotidiano è un grande vantaggio. Contattaci per la disponibilità, grazie :) Peter e Rocio

Ubicazione: Delicias, la scogliera di Montezuma è un punto alto della penisola meridionale di Nicoya. Qui puoi trovarci svegli dall'alba, a 300 piedi sopra Playa Manchas Azules. Siamo situati a 5 min. guidare dalle cascate (2 miglia di distanza dal centro di Montezuma). Montezuma è raggiungibile con un volo charter a Tambor (30 min), in auto, in minibus o autobus diretto locale. Montezuma offre servizi di taxi e noleggio Quad.

Siamo a circa 15-30 minuti, per raggiungere quasi tutte le principali destinazioni turistiche della nostra zona come: Mal Pais, Santa Teresa, Cabuya, Parco Nazionale Cabo Blanco, Tango Mar, Curu e Tambor. Montezuma è noto per i suoi tesori naturali, con il suo tocco bohémien e attività alternative: yoga, guaritori corpo-mente, danza, offerte di cibi salutari, massaggi, meditazione, ritiri spirituali, festival cinematografici e incontri d'arte tra gli altri.

Perfect Stay, Epic View

This is a great way to enjoy your vacation. Panoramic views. Plenty of space for the family. A warm welcome from the groundskeeper, Santiago. Nice pool. Plenty of room to find a nook and spread your wings.

Unbelievably uncomfortable, Misrepresented, and sooo many bugs

My husband and I are in our early 30s, very active and travel to Central America every year. We have been to Montezuma 4 times and stayed at multiple places and this was by far the worst, and also the most expensive. We thought we would splurge and up our game from our normal backpacker hotels/cheaper VRBOs. Unfortunately, the owner does not represent the property well in their descriptions and we were misled to expect something far different. To start, the cabin is more like a shack, and you can see light coming through large cracks between planks when you look back on it at night. This does nothing to keep out bugs, there is a mosquito net over the bed but we had ants and praying mantises and other bugs in the bed every morning. Not to mention tons of bug bites! The bed is about 2ft from fridge and stove top, if you leave your garbage inside, bugs come in, if you put it outside the racoons get it. Maid service was NOT included as they say it is. They changed our sheets once during our week stay, only after we went up to the main house and requested it. Same with garbage. The bathroom, adjacent to kitchen and bed area is only separated by a 3/4 wall, so no privacy there. This place is very small. The shower is outside and had no light, so we had to use headlamps to watch for snakes when entering the shower at night. The main house which is often represented in the photos was occupied by the owner who was living by himself at the time. We were not invited to use the pool and honestly, he had a creepy vibe. We almost left early multiple times, but we are the kind of people who like to give things the benefit of the doubt and tough it out. This is one of few times I regret that, by the time we left we were miserable and covered with bug bites. I had my laptop with me and a colony of ants came in and literally colonized the inside of my computer, but there was nothing we could do to keep them out of the shack. I could seriously go on and on about the downfalls of this place. To end on a positive note though, the view is amazing, just don't be afraid of sharing your space with spiders the size of your hand, sharing your bed with ants and your trash with, well everything. For what it actually is, $50 would be a much more reasonable price. Stay in town and enjoy the vibe of Montezuma. Also, a car or atv rental is absolutely required. I will NEVER go back, and we are really pretty chill about things. This place was unbelievably uncomfortable.

Amazing views and property. Way better than the photos

Great property with incredible views located ~15 minutes drive from the town of Montezuma. Nice pool and lots of space to enjoy the view of the ocean and listen for the howler monkeys. Clean and very open living space with lots of air flow and although there is no AC, there was enough open air flow to get a good sleep on those hot nights. A vehicle is a must to get in and out of town, to restaurants and attractions.

Rustic tiny cabin on dramatic cliff

I stayed in the Mariposa cabin with my boys aged 10 & 12. It was cozy but worked fine. The cabin would be better as a romantic private place for a couple. It was very simple but had everything you need. You will need to bring all food essentials: ie salt pepper sugar. The drive up from Montezuma is extremely steep and a little scary. We did not have a car but Santiago, the caretaker, helped us find a nice taxi driver who was willing to drive us back and forth. Santiago was very helpful. He speaks only Spanish but he called Peter the owner when we had and difficulty with translation. Peter was also very helpfull. Although the location was Slightly inconvenient to get to the beach etc, I felt very safe up there at night with the windows and doors open. Montezuma town itself is a little seedy and you could not do that. My boys and I enjoyed lazy days at the swimming pool. We listened to howler monkeys below us on the cliffs and enjoyed stalking huge iguanas on the grounds. There were white faced capuchin monkeys in the trees around us and great birding in the property and surrounding area. I highly recommend the area. As a die-hard beach lover, It’s hard to explain why the waterfalls are so incredibly beautiful. There are many streams in the area and they drop down cliffs into giant swimming pools. You go to the Falls not just because it is beautiful but also an amazing place to swim! This is actually the true splendor of the area. My only complaint would be the bed. I am very picky about my beds and to be fair, from experience at other places, it was about average. I think that bringing in large items like high quality mattresses is very expensive in this remote area.... but if it was possible to replace it would be well worth it!

We appreciate life and we are grateful to be still around in a healthy way. Nature lovers, peaceful minded, love dogs as much as humans :) and all sentient beings. Play music and love dance. Followers of Buddhism as way of being present in this life. We are a couple made up, beside destiny, by our understanding of diversity. Peter an adventurous and visioner German, who left his country cause in the back of his mind since he was a child had the feeling of living abroad. Came to Costa Rica years ago and immediately, fell in love with the beauty of Costa Rica and with a sensitive Costa Rican woman, Rocio. She a former teacher of the University of Costa Rica, a dancer who has the privilege to achieve her master´s degree at Naropa University, in Boulder, Colorado. Comes from a family of a 'Zarzuela' and Operetta singer, and a well known oil painter. Visitors can enjoy his paintings that give life, color, meaningfulness and pour wonderful energy into this space and time container. Peter and Rocio blessed by the cosmos sculptured day by day a family of a 11 years old daughter and older son. A family, with an artistic eye that allow life to nurture them by being always grateful to the forces that compose their rhythm and drive in this trajectory of beingness.

We have chosen to live here, cause the first encounter with this place gave us the sense of such a peacefulness for having the lull of the ocean waves as a front neighbor nurturing our senses. Then, the stars without shyness getting out at night to wave at us. The sun touches carelessly the window with its big red face every morning. Seeing a full moon drawing a sparkly path on the skin of the ocean is like an illusion of reality or reality is an illusion? Come to hear the plays of the ocean and be a witness yourself of such a beautiful nature´sculpture. Researching that ancient Costa Rican indigenous inhabitants used to lived around, we honored them by having different icons that refer directly to their way of living and being. You would find those around.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

This cliff location with a first line ocean view makes a plus hard to beat, only the frequency of your heart can beat it :) ! when being overtaken by such a gentle nature pulse. Beside, its very cozy and Feng Shui oriented. One has nature and privacy as a companion. The ocean is your closest viewer. It is quiet, safe, secluded, great for relaxation and has internet access. Here the breeze runs naked all year around, that is why the name of the town ('Las Delicias' = Delicious) cause the wind touches and embraces the visitors refreshing ones´ existence. Most of the material we used to give birth to this project were recollected for years ahead, in order to save antique windows, French doors and recycle wood floors and various wood structures. Some of the pieces come from early 1900´s. We worked very hard to restore them to be able to bring them into space again, bringing more Co2 to the planet, instead of letting them being burn or destroy, as originally planned by construction agencies. To round up the gorgeous warmness of the wood, we created spaces with mosaic designs to give a chance of any possible sensitive encounter. Come yourself to see that any photo would be able to do its justice, simple the view of the wide wide open see and the first touch of the horizon would eclipse and capture your senses like a spell drive.To really believe it you got to come here, you will not regret it.
