Great villa and location

My family and I enjoyed our stay. We were very relaxed. 25-30 minutes from Disney, but traffic is normally heavy in the area. The owner contacted me to ensure we were ok. The pool was warm. My family loved that. Overall great stay.

Great place

Great time! Pool we paid to heat but was worth it. Everything you need and then some. I did say slow cooker would be nice. The owner had on delivered to the house. We stayed 2 months. Thank again great time

Short - But an amazing stay!

When we arrived, we first noticed the quiet neighborhood (Westridge), which during our visit felt very safe. Upon entering the villa, it was beautiful, very nicely maintained, fresh and clean. The location was perfect. During our stay we visited Disney, Universal, Gatorland and SeaWorld. It was so wonderful to have a house to come back to instead of a small, cramped hotel room. The kids kept bragging about the pool and elaborate game room to their friends back home. There were plenty of great spots to visit, shop and eat. I highly recommend a local restaurant called “Ovation Bistro” for their amazing prime rib. When we arrived at the villa, we were contacted within minutes by the owner to see if we had any questions and just to ensure we arrived safely. We had an immediate response from the owner Kris when I reached out with a question. Like anywhere you stay when you travel - if you love your pillow or stuffed animal, then bring it. I can’t brag about this property enough and would really enjoy coming back in the future! Thank you for an Amazing Stay!

Relaxing Vacation Rental

Our family really loved our stay at your the Luxury Florida Villa. The check-in and check-out process was incredibly easy. The house was clean and had everything that we needed. Our children, including myself, especially loved the heated pool and color changing pool light. There was an abundance of bath towels and a washer/dryer which was fantastic, and we made use of it. If we visit Florida in the future, we will consider renting out this house again. The Disney-themed room was amazing as well as the fully stocked game room. Communication with our host, Kris, was easy, prompt, and clear. One nice treat that Kris provides his guests with is the app for our phone. This helped us find local restaurants, bars, shopping and even a nice church for Sunday service. Thanks, Kris!

You may be wondering why we bought our villa. Well, as a teenager I spent a lot of time at my grandparents house in N. Fort Myers, Florida. I was able to enjoy spending time at the local beaches and occasionally visiting Orlando and its various amusement parks.

Now we have two small children, who we wanted to bring to Florida to enjoy all it had to offer. Our goal was to travel at least two times a year to Orlando and stay at the local 4 & 5 star hotels, but the costs were just too great. We started looking for alternatives. That is when we learned about vacation villas.

Having found the Florida lifestyle and weather very much to our taste and not to mention the incredible attractions and fabulous leisure pursuits that abound in this state, we were lucky enough to be able to buy a villa close to Disney. To help with the expenses and because we eventually want to make this a retirement home, we decided to make the villa available to rent year-round.

We have added alot of items to the villa such as: CD Players, large screen TVs, DVD Players, Wireless Internet, XBOX 360 game system, and a new game room with pool, air hockey and foosball.

We are also mindful of children and have games, books, children's videos, cot, stroller and highchair.

There is a wonderful large pool in the back with pool toys and inflatable rafts for you to use. The comfortable pool furniture should make life 'great' during your stay. This we hope will lead to guests wanting to return and also recommending us to others.

Many of our guests have been trying a villa holiday for the first time and they are now converted to 'villa' holidays as the best form of accommodation!! They are experiencing luxury at a very inexpensive price and getting so much more for their money than just a hotel room!!!! There is local management that watches the property to make sure there are no problems during your visit.

If this is your first time to consider a 'villa' holiday, we hope you will give it a try and make a booking today. Once you have, you won't think about living out of a suitcase in a small, expensive hotel room EVER again!
