Crimson 3 bedroom

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice. The toilet in the 2 bed bedroom had issues. Maintenance came in and said they had to order a new handle. We never heard back from them for the rest of our 2 week stay. Babying a toilet isn’t something you should have to deal with on vacation. We had rain Sun-Mon. The pool had leaves and misc in it from the storm. I was told the pool was cleaned on Mon/Wed/Fri. It was not cleaned until Fri. - again the day before we left.Those were the only 2 issues we had. The rest of our experience was great!!

Great customer service!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been using SunHosts for the last 5 years for our family vacations. They have always been very helpful and accommodating for reservations, payment, and solving any minor, if any, issues that arise during our stay. I would highly recommend using them and their properties.

Good value, nice condo, good beach

The condo is nice and roomy with a good freshly renovated kitchen and nice baths. The only “complaints” we had were not our owners’ fault: poor water pressure in showers, small pool, and annoying key system to enter and exit beach, pool and elevator. Other than those minor things, it was great.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd year staying and as usual it was great! My suggestions for improvement- a key code for beach and pool- we had 5 adults and 2 keys makes it very difficult- same with the lobby entrance. Would love to have stronger garbage bags for kitchen. Double queen bdrm was very warm even with curtains closed and ceiling fan on. The air filter on the furnace/air cond was FILTHY. New washer nice but small.

Nice stay

The condo is clean and in a great location. It had all the amenities needed for a week stay. Only complaint is the back bedroom. It was like a sauna even with the curtains closed and fans running. It was too hot to sleep in.
