Questa casa moderna offre 5 camere da letto + camera da letto extra soppalcata con due letti singoli. Ha due master suite con bagni privati e balconi e 1. 5 bagni aggiuntivi in casa. Ogni camera da letto include un soppalco con vista sull'oceano turchese e sulle barriere coralline. Cucina, sala da pranzo, soggiorno e 2 bagni hanno anche una vista mozzafiato sull'oceano. Il grande ponte sul fronte di questa casa si protende sull'oceano per ammirare i pesci tropicali, i raggi e le tartarughe marine. Questa casa offre tutti i comfort e servizi di casa tra cui una cucina gourmet e un servizio lavanderia. Un paradiso per lo snorkeling e la pesca. Proseguire a piedi lungo la corsia curva per la spiaggia a soli 2 min a piedi. La bellissima spiaggia è direttamente nella tenuta.
The Point House si trova a 20 miglia dall'aeroporto di New Bight, Cat Island. La maggior parte dei nostri ospiti vola dagli stati o dall'Europa a Nassau, Bahamas e poi porta le compagnie aeree di Sky Bahamas a New Bight, Cat Island (circa un volo di 30 minuti). Raccomandiamo di arrivare a Nassau prima delle 14:00 per fare il volo delle 3:30 a Cat Island. Il nostro custode Reynold sarà a New Bight per darti il benvenuto. Se vola dalla Florida, un'altra opzione è l'aria di Watermaker.

Amazing property

The property is amazing and the pictures don’t do it justice! Great communication with the owner and the care taker. Make sure to have Mr. King prepare a dinner one night, it’s delicious! We all loved the property and will absolutely be back!

Paradise Awaits!

If you are on the fence about the place, don’t be. The location sets on the most beautiful serene piece of land. If you want the beauty of the ocean and secluded feel of having your own quiet and relaxing, peaceful place than this is it. Yet, it’s within 15-25 minutes of places to eat. Everyone was very welcoming and it was very easy to get around. Dinner with Chef at Hidden Treasures is a must (order the mango daiquiri) and Fernandez Bay resort as well. The owner of the house was amazing! She responds very quickly and is very accommodating. Harrison is the caretaker and was so very nice and helpful as well. Things to know, be prepared for potholes when driving into town. We ended up making a game out of it. Also, be sure to stock up on groceries so you aren’t having to drive back and forth. The grocery is on the way to the house from the airport.

The house was even better than we expected! Mr king brought us homemade dinner on the 1st night after a long day of traveling, highly recommended. The island secluded but still with all the amenities. The locals are very night. Highly recommend getting dinner at hidden treasures from chef trevor. The Beaches were amazing! Cant wait to go back!!

Great house incredible island

The Point House is exactly as presented, incredible views and the cleanest pool we have ever seen. Inside was clean and was well equipped including a drinking water dispenser with 5 gal bottles which was very helpful. The care taker Harrison King was an excellent host. He brought us his fresh grown pineapples and watermelon and on our first night we arranged dinner that he prepared and delivered and was really tasty after a long day of travel. He also invited us to a "Farm to Table Experience" that he was putting on for some media people and the Ministry of Tourism at his farm that was really nice and we were very lucky to be included! He is also a great source of info about the island, culture and things to do. The Greenwood Resort had no guests but Pauline + Antwon still arranged for us to have 8 for dinner and music on my birthday with tuna steaks, was excellent! Beaches are crazy beautiful and all the people we met there were friendly and happy. AJ's store near the house is in the process of getting a gas pump installed and that will save a long drive. Olives Bakery is exceptional for bread! We made the trek out to Shannas for a Pizza which was super, but its a very long ride ($8/gal gas) Gilberts rent car great! We will be back and would rent from the Bannisters again for sure. Excellent communications, info packet and the best care taker ambassador on the island. Thank you Stephanie and Curt for sharing your beautiful place!!

We have many heartfelt , wonderful memories of family vacations at this house. We strive for perfection and pledge to be attentive to your needs during your group's vacation .

Privacy: This is one of the most beautiful and unique properties on the island. The house is large with enough room to keep everyone happy. You will not have another vacation home close to your home. This property is on a 14 acre Estate . Our other 2 houses are over a quarter mile away . . The property is surrounded by virgin crown land that will never be built upon.

The snorkelling is magnificent and unspoiled. You will eat well, with abundant seafood available. Local restaurant food is delicious and reasonably priced.
