Splendidamente aggiornato cucina e bagni e nuova pavimentazione in travertino. Questa struttura offre TV a schermo piatto, Wi-Fi e un sacco di spazio per rilassarsi in casa e fuori. Vi è un ampio patio privato, completo di barbecue a gas e tavolo da pranzo e sedie che si trova direttamente fuori zona giorno principale. Godetevi il camino nel soggiorno per quelle notti fredde e ventilatore a soffitto per quella atmosfera tropicale con il nostro sole abbondante. C'è anche una cabina doccia per il massimo comfort. Il Beach Club comprende 4 piscine, 1 riscaldata tutto l'anno, 2 jacuzzi, sauna, sala fitness e campi da tennis. Suona come il paradiso, non è vero? Non vi è accesso alla spiaggia privata e il complesso è recintato per la vostra sicurezza e la pace della mente. Sei a pochi passi da molti ristoranti, negozi e gallerie. Google Design District Cedros, a pochi passi dal Beach Club. A pochi passi, anche, alla pista di Del Mar!

Perfect for a family.

Our family has stayed in these units every summer for the last 15 years. This unit was very easy to be in. Stocked with everything we might have needed would recommend for a family.

Cozy, met our needs, but just OK as a vacation rental

This is the third unit we have rented at the DMBC over the years. We keep returning because we love the complex and the semi-private beach. We like the layout of this unit, it was very spacious and suited the needs of our family. Overall, this felt like we were staying at a friend's house while they were out of town rather than a vacation destination, not because of any big issues but a bunch of smaller ones that by themselves didn't warrant any complaint. I hate to be nit-picky, but for the money spent, we hoped for a little better: The dishwasher does not work very well. Detergent tabs don't dissolve and dishes don't get very clean (by itself no big deal, but we planned to do a lot of cooking). Several of the beach chairs had mold on them, but we were able to find 4 that worked out well for us. We took one of the umbrellas down the 96 steps to the beach only to find that it was broken, fortunately there was another one in there that we could use the rest of the time (by itself, no big deal). The elastic on the fitted sheet on the bottom bunk was entirely all stretched out and would not stay put, so we had to go searching in the cabinets for one that would work (by itself, no big deal.) The towel rack on the hall bathroom upstairs is not properly secured to the wall and fell off when trying to hang a towel back on (by itself, no big deal). In summary, I would suggest that the owners/managers spend some time there to take inventory and get a feel of how everything is working. We would be happy to stay here in the future after some attention to the little details, as I said before, it is overall a nice unit and we love the DMBC.

Exactly what we needed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was right where we needed it. Staff and neighbors were nice. Home was clean and everything you could ever want for the beach! Beach access was little further than advertised.

Excellent place for family

The condo is in a great location. There are a lot of steps down to the beach, but they are well maintained and easy to navigate. It was great to have a heated pool and hot tub. The condo has three roomy bedrooms and three bathrooms, and a huge dining table for meals and games. There were also some toys and puzzles, which made our 3-year-old happy. The place was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and linens, and having a washer and dryer in the unit was definitely a plus. Although the condo itself had no view, there is a large indoor lounge area and an outdoor patio that both have oceanfront views. We would stay here again.
