Soggiorno al mare privato al Seaside Villas

La nostra bella casa ha due offerte separate per il tuo divertimento. Le due camere da letto (n. 3696452) offrono una vista sul porto di Ellisville, una cucina / soggiorno full size, un bagno completo con doccia, un letto matrimoniale e un letto matrimoniale. Entrambe le unità sono climatizzate e dotate di tutti i comfort (WiFi, cavo, internet, TV di grandi dimensioni). Disponiamo inoltre di due materassi gemelli autogonfiabili per ulteriori zone notte, se necessario. Un patio esterno privato e un cortile recintato sono il luogo perfetto per "rilassarsi". Ha una chimera, un piccolo frigorifero, grill a gas e mobili da esterno per il divertimento dei nostri ospiti. Forniamo sedie a sdraio, ombrelloni e alcuni giochi d'acqua da utilizzare nella nostra splendida spiaggia privata a soli due minuti a piedi. La nostra unità da giardino (Home Away # 3958661) ha 1 letto matrimoniale e 1 divano letto estraibile con materasso memory foam gel, pavimenti in piastrelle con calore radiante e cucina completa dell'appartamento con tutti gli elettrodomestici. L'unità da giardino ha una vasca idromassaggio per due persone con doccia indipendente. Si affaccia sul porto di Ellisville e sui nostri giardini e patio. L'unità da giardino ha il suo elenco e calendario di casa in casa, quindi se la nostra camera da letto non è disponibile, controlla la nostra unità da giardino!
La nostra casa si trova in un tranquillo quartiere appartato su una strada privata. Facile accesso alle autostrade per Cape Cod e Boston. 70 minuti da Provincetown, 1 ora a Boston, 20 minuti da Hyannis e Falmouth a Cape Cod.
Viviamo nella proprietà e saremo qui per accogliervi e rispondere a qualsiasi domanda riguardante la zona.

Great place

We will enjoyed staying at this lovely home. It was a great home base for us to explore Plymouth, Boston and Cape Cod. We arrived late, but the owner was up to greet us and make sure we got in.

Private beach in walking distance!

For us the most important piece was that the beach was in walking distance! We were able to head back for lunch and leave our stuff since it’s a private beach that doesn’t get crowded! This house is located in a neighborhood and feels like that. The hosts were great showed us around when we arrived. The 2 bedroom was perfect for us. They have an outdoor shower and a gas fire pit we could use at night. The hosts stay onsite and there is a basement unit that is also for rent, so you share the house but each has its own entrance and it worked out great. Beach has a low tide that you can walk forever and the water is vey calm for smaller kids.

Disappointed

Our welcome was somebody yelling out the window “we’re not ready yet” after driving from SC we were 10 minutes early. We understood that it was owner occupied which they were above us but there was also residences below us and across from us. I felt we had not privacy and it was noisy. The furniture in the bedrooms have changed sine the photos were taken. The bedroom with the full size bed had an additional full size couch and massive dresser which some of the draws were taped shut. There was no place to leave the luggage open and it was difficult to walk around in the room. Both bedrooms had luggage rack but there wasn’t space in the room to use them. The 2nd bedroom had a queen bed with a massive footboard that was a hindrance to your shins. The bed was way too big for the room leaving no space for luggage. This bedroom did not have an air conditioning. We were told the other bedrooms air conditioning unit would serve both bedrooms but this can’t happen when you close the bedroom doors since it is a split a/c unit. In the living area we were constantly shifting, relocating and moving all the decorative items that had no use. There is an oversized cabinet in the kitchen that was zip tied closed. An air mattress is listed as an added sleeping bed but it’s a queen size and there is now clear space to even try and use it Anything in the kitchen was old and dated including a spatula held together with tape. There were not smoke detectors in our living quarters.

Hospitality at its best

We spent some relaxing days here after a 2-week round-trip through the north east with the family. It was the perfect place for a rest prior to setting back home in Germany: Nicely kept appartment, beautiful garden, steps away from the beach, good starting point for Cape Cod day trips....and fantastic hospitality. We had a great time, Thank You!

Beautiful location

The two bedroom apartment was very clean and had everything that we needed for a beautiful stay. I wish the one bedroom had an AC unit as it got a little bit hotter in there, but overall it was absolutely lovely. The host provided everything and anything we could’ve wanted. Towels, beach, supplies, and even a bottle of wine!

Host: Bonnie, John and Shane Blaney are your hosts.

Bonnie is a psychologist, John is a retired teacher and Master Plumber. Shane and his father operate a fully licensed Plumbing business. Bonnie and her family summered in this unique spot and the adjacent home is still in her family. We purchased this property in 1980, started construction in January 1981 and moved in on November 18, 1981. We designed and built our home to capitalize on the view which is stunning in every season!

Our home is a secret gem! We have a secluded private beach that overlooks Cape Cod Bay. Miles of white sandy beaches and tidal pools are yours for exploration as well as access to Ellisville Harbor State Park's hiking trails. Our landscaping, gardens and patios are an ongoing labor of love and yours to enjoy. We are only one hour from Boston available by car, rail or bus. Provincetown beckons our travelers at just over one hour away. Hyannis and Falmouth are twenty to thirty minutes away.

Like we said we designed and built our home and it certainly boasts spectacular views with unique landscaping. Being big Tolkien fans we have dubbed our garden unit " Bag End", the two bedroom is " Middle Earth" and our unit is "Rivendell"! We hope that you will come to love our home as much as we do and enjoy our serene and stunning surroundings. Our neighborhood is quaint and private and lends itself to contemplative meanderings and laid back relaxation.
