Quinta Luna si trova direttamente sull'oceano con una spiaggia privata e una laguna privata situata nella gated community di Puerto Aventuras.
La piscina a sfioro Quinta Lunas è perfetta per fare giri o semplicemente divertirsi. Quinta Luna è il luogo ideale per nuotare, fare snorkeling, kayak nell'oceano o in laguna.

I nostri 2 fratelli. L'angolo d'angolo di 1500 piedi quadrati è il più grande del complesso. Con un'alba dall'unità al mattino o un tramonto dal balcone la sera con un cocktail. Una vacanza che non dimenticherai mai.
La nostra unità dispone di 3 televisori al plasma con 3 dvd per il divertimento dei film. Entrambe le camere hanno il bagno privato.

Quinta Luna ha un manager a tempo pieno che parla inglese e un centro fitness sul posto con una biblioteca di lettura per selezionare un libro.

Situato a breve distanza a piedi, troverete una meravigliosa comunità con diversi ristoranti, negozi, noleggio auto, noleggio di golf cart e organizza escursioni e snorkeling.

Questo complesso di appartamenti si trova a Puerto Aventuras e vanta una posizione strategica nei pressi di parchi a tema e sulla spiaggia. Parco tematico Xplor e Ferry to Cozumel sono due tappe fondamentali per chi ama le attività. A livello naturalistico, invece, tra le principali attrazioni della zona ci sono Half Moon Bay e Spiaggia di Akumal. Anche Parco eco-archeologico Xcaret e Xenses Park meritano una visita. Not what we were expecting

The property itself was ok, but we had a hard finding the unit upon arrival. From the online listing, we were expecting more of an ocean front unit, but this unit was in the back of the complex next to the street. Taking a shower, the first time was a pain because we didn't know that you had to let the water run for 10mins before you could get any hot water. Kayaking was listed as a nearby activity, but no one at the complex could tell us where to rent a kayak. The hotel across the lagoon had loud events that lasted well past midnight, so sleeping with the doors open was not an option. Some pool floats would also have been nice for pool and lagoon use. If not for the warm weather, this stay would have been a total bust.

Excellent vacation

The property was very well appointed. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. The building is very well maintained and the location is great. We had a wonderful time.

Wonderful unit in lovely Puerto Aventuras

This unit is really wonderful and we loved our week in PA. The condo has everything you need and more -- well-equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, plenty of towels for beach and indoor use, nice amount of space, view of the ocean, reliable wifi, comfortable beds, and loads of options for eating outdoors. We were truly sad to leave. The common spaces are also really really nice -- beautiful pool and a workout room with weights that we used several times. Note that the shore is rocky, which my kids enjoyed exploring, and the "beach" is a very short walk around the lagoon to the hotel-side of the water. Not a big deal, but when we were there, the seaweed was pretty dense which made swimming in the lagoon less attractive than swimming in the ocean in front of the hotel. Just FYI on the layout of the grounds. Also good to know that you are very close to several big hotels / all-inclusives. There are good things about this (ie these big establishments mean that an independent dive shop exists on the beach from which you can leave for a snorkel trip), but there are also down-sides to this (ie some nights there was music to about 10/11 pm, or mid-day Zumba or something happening across the lagoon.) For us, not a big deal but good to understand the lay of the land. Also about the condo complex - We met some really nice expat retirees pool-side who are either owners or long-term renters. It was great to get tips of the area from them, where to eat dinner in town, etc. Overall, great stay and we would come back for sure!

Lovely holiday and activity residence

We absolutely loved staying at Quinta Luna! This is an extremely well-kept, exclusive and peaceful place to spend a vacation in. We spent Christmas and New Year's at Quinta Luna and felt like home. The apartment/villa is modern, spacious and tastefully furnished and designed. The kitchen is well-equipped and perfect for cooking together. The balcony is generous and offers some shade when it's warm. We watched the sunset from there and also the stars at night. I loved to watch the sunrise from the pool area - it's magnificent! There is a little gym in the residence which we used and the pool is wonderful. The private beach area is child-friendly and you can go swimming in the lagoon even when the wind is strong, since the break-water protects it from the strong waves. There are several stores and restaurants nearby, only 10 minutes walk away. If you like you can order home delivery. There are guards at the gate entrance to Puerto Aventura and along the roads inside the residential area. Quinta Luna residences also has its own night guard, so we felt perfectly safe all the time. The neighbourhood is calm and quiet. Our family loves acitivities and we went fishing with guides, snorkeling in cenotes and also with a guide from a boat. The coral reef along the coast is in many places breathtaking, so bring a mask and fins if you like swimming! If you like golfing you find a nice golf court within this enclosed area. If you like sightseeing there are many places to visit, especially ancient Mayan temples. We can also recommend visits to Tulum, Akumal, Playa del Carmen and of course a boat trip to Cozumel. Rent a "Mexican Ferrari" there and drive around the island - don't forget your snorkeling gear! The reefs around the island are teeming with fish and colours. Our contact with the owner has been good from the start. She answers all our questions quickly and everything has run smoothly all the time. The staff at Quinta Luna residences is friendly and helpful. If we ever consider going back to Mexico again we would love to stay at Quinta Luna once more - all four in our family highly recommend this villa.
