Overall very nice. 4 adults & 2 teens had issues with enough hot water for showers but figured out how to meter it. Close to the tube & bus lines. Nice quiet spot. One small issue that John tackled immediately. Impressive
Yes I’d stay there again
Had a great time in the apartment. Quiet, and everything worked as they described. Walk to St Pauls, Millennium Bridge, the Tube and therefore everywhere. I never figured out the TV in the bedroom or the Nespresso machine, but who cares. Very comfortable. The place was great.
We enjoyed 6 nights here over the Christmas season. The location is supurb, and the apartment was comfortable for 3 of us . The kitchen is very well appointed, bedrooms and baths are comfortable.
This is great place to stay. Facilties are good and there is plenty of room for a family of 4. I was very disappointed however to be charged 25 pounds because our flight was late and taxi didn't turn up so we arrived after 7pm, i informed them they said no worries but then charged me a late fee. They should organize getting key another way rather than paying someone to stay. Apart from the ridiculous extra charge i would certainly recommend this apartment.
We loved this flat. Very centrally located to lots of popular locations. Great restaurants nearby and easy walk to transportation. The host and staff were very helpful and provided us with everything we needed for our stay. Perfect for a nice stay in loo!
We enjoyed staying at John’s place. It was clean and well maintained. Location was just great. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

General Rules for the Property
1) DO NOT DISTURB NEIGHBORS - They are unable to help on arrival. Instead, just call our staff that is prepared to assist you.
2) NO NOISE - Please be respectful of neighbors and the property. Keep noise down before 9:00 and after 22:00. Absolutely no parties allowed on the premises.
3) NO SMOKING - Smoking is prohibited indoors. No burning candles or incense for your own safety and safety of others near the property.
4) NO BOOKING, NO ACCESS - Do not let strangers or unauthorized maintenance workers into the apartment. We will arrange all maintenance work and inform you beforehand. This is for your own security. Emergencies are an exception.
5) KEEP DOORS CLOSED and LOCKED- Please keep front street door closed at all times especially when leaving the apartment. Also make sure to lock both locks in the apartment door- using the big chub key. This is a safe neighborhood but we would like to keep our property secure as well as your belongings.
6) DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE- Leave all furnishings and appliances where they are installed.
7) NO BICYCLES TO BE STORED IN THE APARTMENT or in the stairways in the building! This will damage the property, no matter how careful you are.
