All in all a great listing, clean, well equipped and great location, about the only minus points I would give are as follows:
It would have been helpful to have an info sheet, with the host contact info, emergency numbers, house rules, and the most important for myself as a business traveler, the WiFi password. I worked for a vacation rental company nearly 3 years and we always recommended that hosts have an info sheet at the listing, and in our case it would have been essential to have internet access.
The next thing would be to inform the guests that there are tenants living in the adjacent flat, not a major issue but one of the tenants had pretty heavy feet when walking around above our flat.
Finally, I would advise the host to have a carpenter fix the door, it sticks and was difficult to open and close, my wife was unable to open it at all, this could be a concern if a guest staying alone at the listing need to get inside quickly, it would take maybe a 10 minute bit of sanding to fix the problem.
Other than those minor points it's a great flat in a great location for anyone wanting to visit the south bay beach area.
