La nostra proprietà non è stata interessata dall'uragano Dorian. L'infrastruttura dell'isola non è stata interessata e tutto è normale e gli affari come al solito. La proprietà sul lungomare "Poco a Poco" di Aqua Villa offre viste spettacolari. Situato in una zona privata e tranquilla del lungomare con splendide viste sull'oceano a 180 gradi, Poco a Poco è il luogo perfetto per godersi la natura. Siediti sul portico avvolgente o sul molo privato e sulla spiaggia e goditi la brezza, guarda l'alba e il tramonto in una delle tante amache. Puoi persino lanciare kayak e pagaiare in appartamenti di pesce osseo dalla nostra spiaggia privata !. Tutto ciò che puoi sentire è il suono del mare e del vento. Le notti stellate sono incredibili, potresti persino vedere stelle cadenti.

Poco a Poco ha 1800 piedi quadrati di superficie abitabile AC e 3.200 sf avvolgenti portici. Suite matrimoniale con letto king size e zona soggiorno, camera con letto matrimoniale e camera per bambini con 2 letti singoli e rotelle. 2 bagni, bagno per gli ospiti e doccia esterna. Una grande sala grande e confortevole con cucina a vista e soffitti. Barbecue sul ponte. È completamente climatizzato. Tutte le camere hanno una magnifica vista sull'oceano. Internet WIFI. Perfect for families and friends! RECOMMEND!

Speaking for a group of 10 ranging from 16 to 75, we LOVED our stay at Poco a Poco! The private beach was essential for those of us who just wanted to relax in the sun and the availability of paddle boards, kayaks and snorkel gear kept everyone else entertained. Some days the water was like glass and kayaking to the sand bar/island beyond was effortless. One morning we even saw a sea turtle! The property and views are so gorgeous, we spent most of our time outside. However, the inside of the house and the cottage were lovely, clean, and well equipped with everything we needed. Streaming and wifi were helpful additions for our technology addicted teens. The house is only 30 minutes from the airport and close to the markets and a few local restaurants, so we never felt strained or isolated. We had a couple of issues with one of the AC units and a power outage but the owner and property manager were incredibly attentive. Hope to return someday soon! Absolutely recommend!

Christmas vacation

The property was amazing! Everything we needed was there for snorkeling, kayaking or just relaxing. My family didn’t want to leave for excursions on the island b/c the property was so great. Also, the owner was very helpful if there were any questions. I would definitely book this property again. It was perfect!

Perfect family getaway!

Poco a poco lived up to all my expectations and more! The house and cottage are perfect for larger families or if you have guests or adult children! The house and property are extremely well maintained and a gorgeous location! We kayaked, snorkeled, and played in the water every day of our trip! Brendi and Eric personally know a lot of people on the island and helped coordinate our activities. Brendi stayed in contact every day checking to make sure we had everything we needed! We got a day pass at one of the resorts to listen to a local band and have a few drinks at the bar. Another day we hired a boat charter and went fishing and visited the famous pigs on Exuma! The locals are incredibly friendly and welcoming to tourists. We did not rent a car on the island and we were happy we didn’t because the roads are not in the best shape and rentals are expensive. Brendi arranged for transportation and the rides added up to cheaper than renting a vehicle to hold our large family. Overall, this was the perfect family getaway! Everyone of us had an amazing time and left feeling happy, rejuvenated and relaxed! We can’t wait to go back to poco a poco! Thank you Eric for your incredible hospitality!

Unforgettable week at Poco a Poco

We just returned from an amazing week at Poco a Poco. It was our family of 4 plus a friend each for both of the kids and the space was perfect. The master suite was a perfect oasis for us parents while the teens enjoyed watching Netflix or playing games at night in the family room space. The entire property was well-stocked and we enjoyed the kayaks and paddleboards. The kitchen had all of the necessities for cooking and anything we needed for spices as well. We loved seeing the turtle and stingray right off the dock. The communication with Eric was clear and easy throughout the entire process from inquiry to departure. I would recommend this property for families or couples. The beauty of the location was unmatched and although the roads are not great, it wasn't far from town at all making it easy to get to all of the outings and restaurants we wanted to visit.

Simply Paradise

My family and I enjoyed our vacations at Poco a Poco. Everything was excellent. The location, is the best. The beach is beautiful. The house is just amazing. It is equipped with everything you probably have in your own house and more. The property manager was very nice, and helped us with everything ( groceries, taxis, questions). We created beautiful memories , and can t wait to return to Paradise!

My property is classic Bahamian style with a touch of elegance. You are really in touch with nature at my house. Facing south, you can see the sun and moon rise and set as well as the tide rise and ebb. You can also feel the wind changing directing. It is quit magical.
