Unico nel suo genere River front 2400SF house. Acqua cristallina a 30 piedi dalla tua porta sul retro! C'è un grande portico sul retro, terrazza con vista sul fiume, vasca idromassaggio, camino fuori porta, balcone al piano superiore tutto guardando una bella cascata d'acqua e piscina cristallina. Il mazzo ha luci a basso profilo per un grande divertimento notturno. Assolutamente perfetto per vacanze in famiglia, avventure all'aria aperta o romantiche. L'interno della casa è stato costruito con pannelli in acero personalizzati, finiture in noce, travi in noce e armadi, pavimenti in legno, ripiani in granito, piastrelle di travertino, cabina doccia in vetro, ecc ... Questa non è la tua proprietà tipica per le vacanze !!! Questa è una casa di lusso costosa molto ben costruita. La struttura dispone di due ampie zone giorno al piano di sopra e in basso. Lovely

This is a lovely house, nicely decorated, in a lovely setting. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The baths are expansive and modern. I love how the upstairs has its own sitting area. The deck and outside area is very nice with a fire pit and hot tub, and you are literally right on the river, which has a lovely little waterfall! We visited the winery, which is just up the road, and it was really nice! Wine and food both very good and cute gift shop. The house was decorated for Christmas while we were there, and it was so pretty!

Great house!

We loved our stay at this property. Very convenient location and easy in and out to close by towns. The hot tub was a great perk but our favorite place was the fire pit! We would definitely stay here again!

Rustic luxury at a riverside haven!

To say the pictures don’t do this place is justice is an understatement! The pictures and descriptions are accurate but do not begin to depict how amazing this place is! It’s sooo much bigger than it looks and sooo much more amazing than you could imagine. After a long drive from Maryland to arrive here was such a welcome retreat. The place is immaculately clean, the many seating areas were so comfy and the beds were all super comfy. While keeping its rustic charm it still felt luxurious and relaxing. The kitchen is well stocked with all you could need. I spent every morning sitting on the deck with my coffee waking up to the sounds of the river and the birds and the wind in the trees. One morning a hummingbird even popped up to say hello to me! The river was refreshing and we spent hours with our teen daughter fishing, swimming, and floating in it. The hot tub was relaxing after a long day of swimming and hiking. The pool tables and games were great and my daughter loved playing whenever we were having some downtime for the day. There is evens a little mini fridge upstairs to keep some drinks and snacks convenient while hanging out upstairs playing pool. There were only 3 of us but I’m excited to rent again and bring the rest of the family. There is so much room! Also the neighborhood is beautiful and quiet and there is a great view of Table Rock from the street too! We enjoyed Caesars Head State Park and the overlook and Devils Kitchen and Mountain House restaurant too!

We loved our stay

We had the best time. I wish we could have stayed longer. The cabin was clean, spacious and comfortable. Everything we wanted to do was just a short trip away. There was so much to do at the cabin we decided to set aside one day just to enjoy everything it had to offer. We would definitely book again.

Great swimming & relaxing

This place very clean and private feeling. My kids absolutely loved the river rope swing, hot tub, and pool table. Close to town and all the hikes we like. Would highly recommend.

I purchased a home next door to this property and remodeled it in 2008 and then purchased this lot in 2009. I tore down the house that was located on this property in 2011 and just completed construction of the new property in March 2012. The property is located on a beautiful stretch of river with crystal clear water and a yard full of great trees. It is convenient to dozens of exceptional outdoor recreation areas and makes for the perfect vacation 'base camp' or perfect vacation destination. Excellent fishing and swimming literally at your back door.

Great place to relax and get away. Very quiet. Super close to Table Rock state park, Victoria Valley vineyards. Very short drive to Dupont Forest, Caesar's head, Bald rock, Brevard, Pretty Place Chapel. Great jumping off spot for hiking, waterfall sightseeing.
