Loved this cabin

This cabin was perfect for us Grandparents, parents and kids. Loved the open concept living room and kitchen. Kids really enjoyed the bunk beds and gaming system. Adults loved the hot tub. The cabin had plenty of dishes and cookware. The location was great! Not too steep. I would recommend this cabin!!

Service dog

My daughter has a cardiac alert service dog. When I booked this property, I checked the rules of Vrbo and it stated that I was not obligated to divulge that we had a service dog. That matches the Federal guidelines as well. We were at dinner the first night and I got a call from Georgia that I didn't recognize so I didn't answer, I then started getting text from the owner accusing us of having a pet and that we were in violation of the contract. I explained to him that it was a cardiac alert service dog, and he got very irate telling me that I am required to tell him that before the stay. I explained that Vrbo didn't require that and the Federal Goverment doesn't require that. He told me I was wrong and just kept demanding that I send him the ID for a service dog. Which we have so I texted it to him. When we got back to the cabin, we found that we were locked out. I called the owner, and he was still telling me that I had to tell him when I booked the property, I apologized, and he reset the lock and let us in after my family sat on the porch for over 10 minutes. Other than that, the cabin was beautiful, and we had a wonderful time. We would absolutely use Vrbo again but suggest that you educate your owners on service dogs.

Married 41 years, she's a retired teacher and I'm a preacher, and we fell in love with Pigeon Forge about sixteen years ago and decided we wanted to be part of it. So, we bought Our Cabin at Eagle's Ridge to use as a vacation home and, when we're not there, renting so you too can enjoy this very special place.

Our Cabin Eagles Ridge is located just 3/4 mile off the Parkway - ten miles of shops, restaurants, dinner theaters and all sorts of attractions from Sevierville to Pigeon Forge and the Smoky Mountains National Park. Dollywood, one of America's best theme parks, is only ten minutes away, and beautiful downtown Gatlinburg only fifteen. Our Cabin seems miles away from the city but you're really only minutes from the attractions which travelers from all over the world come to see. Enjoy swinging on the front porch, taking a dip in the private hot tub or lounging on the sofa in front of the big screen TV. Go zip lining, tubing, white water rafting, hiking or ATV riding - all nearby. Enjoy excellent dining nearby or prepare your own meals in the fully equipped kitchen; or both.
