Questo meraviglioso e unico attico si trova nel cuore di Palermo Soho, dispone di 3 camere da letto, 2 delle quali in Suite, tutte le camere hanno vista sulla città.

Il mio posto è vicino a don Julio Parrilla, Plaza Armenia, Plaza Serrano, il centro città,. Adorerai il mio posto a causa di È nel cuore di Palermo Soho vicino a tutto, i panorami dalla terrazza.

L'appartamento dispone anche di 3 bagni, ed è completamente attrezzata.

Owner unlawfully excluded us from property, forced us to find alternative housing, and charged us for the full stay. Ruined our experience in Buenos Aires. Avoid at all costs.

Palermo Penthouse

Whenever, I read or write a review I look for or write about these two questions: Do the photos actually reflect the apartment and would one stay at the apartment again. With regard to This penthouse,the answers are yes and yes, respectively. Location: *****. Located in the heart of Palermo SOHO. We were familiar with the area based on previous trips to BA, so we knew what to expect from the neighborhood. There are an abundant number of restaurants, bars, bakeries and all manner of services. There is also easy access to all other parts of the city. Taxis are plentiful and inexpensive (at least for the US$). Apartment Description. ****. The apartment is comprised of three (3) bedrooms and three (3) baths all on one level. There is access to a roof top terrace via a staircase from the living room. The terrace has an expansive 180 degree view of the city. As a feature it didn’t have much appeal, except when we invited some friends over for a drink before going out to dinner. It was very pleasant being up there and watching the sun set. The furnishing are well maintained and everything was clean when we arrived. Two of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms and the third is accessed in the hall. The master bedroom is quite large with a good size bathroom. There is a jacuzzi tub, separate stall shower, and a double vanity with large windows overlooking the city. There is also a very large walk-in closet that is fitted out very nicely. The other two bedrooms are smaller, but very serviceable, and the en suite one has a nice stall shower. The other bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The kitchen is a good size with a dishwasher, large refrigerator, washing machine, but no dryer. We never cooked in the kitchen, other than making coffee in the morning. WIFI. **. The WIFI needs an upgrade. The router and modem were located in the living room, but barely extended into the bedrooms and the download speed was very slow. I rebooted everything, but it didn’t seem to improve anything. Service. *****. Diego Susacasa and Hernan were very gracious hosts. They were very accommodating with regard to an early check-in and a late check-out. Obviously, this was only possible because we didn’t overlap other bookings. Hernan was helpful and offered to provide tours, etc. We had no issues with the apartment or its mechanicals, so there was no stress on that account.

Skyline views in a great neighborhood

The folks managing this penthouse property (Diego and Hernan) are incredibly helpful and responsive, from transport arrangements to food recommendations. Using WhatsApp is b useful for communicating. The building itself is in THE prime neighborhood to stay In the city and to walk around. It is very secure. We accommodated 6 people in the 3BR/3BA unit v comfortably. The master BR is huge with a safe and large closet. All BRs have great views, as does the LR and roof deck.... A few recommendations include the need for new shower heads, and maybe some wash cloths in each bathroom (vs towels which are plentiful) and adding a chair in each bedroom not just the master. Stuff happens and if it does Diego and Hernan I’m sure will respond quickly. One other enhancement that would be super is an English speaking Channel or two on the TVs- not a biggie since visiting BA is all about Argentina but still it would further add to the luxury nature of this great apartment....I stay in luxury hotels a lot on business trips and this stands out for me as a great way to spend three nights among shops and with a fabulous view, plus an ability to feel less like a tourist and more like a welcome member of the neighborhood. Wine Pastry and grocery stores abound as do great restaurants within blocks, and in two cases within a block (Don Julio and its sister retaurant one block away that may even be better in terms of atmosphere - one caveat: don Julio often needs a reservation 6-8 weeks in advance , or you can wait in a line every nite to see if they can take you... hint: make the reservation if you can) Net, ENJOY!

Diego was wonderfully responsive to inquiries and provided great local tips on things to do and restaurants to visit. However, the bathroom showers in the main bedroom and the bedroom off the kitchen were not clean. The door jammed shut in the second bathroom and needs to be fixed so this doesn’t reoccur. The shower in the main bedroom needs to be replaced as the water pressure was violently sputtering and sporadic, like there was an air blockage rendering it completely useless and unusable as well as being dirty. Additionally, the shower door in the main bedroom wasn’t sealed so the water would spray on the floor. The couch was not the same as the photos and wasn’t comfortable at all. Plus the headboard in the smaller bedroom off the living room was half hanging off the wall so we had to fix that. The apartment needs to be updated and cleaned professionally. We ended up using only one of the three bathrooms despite paying premium to have three bathrooms. Plus our fee included a cleaning fee but the shower floors were orange and dirty. We were disappointed.
