Questo appartamento duplex soppalcato dispone di un ingresso al piano terra e di un fantastico terrazzo con vista sullo skyline di New York Manhattan da nord a sud. Sentitevi liberi di barbecue e godetevi la vista del sito. L'appartamento è composto da soggiorno e cucina come un flusso attraverso la vita.

Su per le scale è la camera da letto principale con un'atmosfera molto accogliente, nella parte anteriore della camera si gode l'incredibile alba sopra la vista dell'orizzonte, nella parte posteriore della stanza è un bagno privato completo.

Scendendo le scale le altre due camere sono composte da armadi a muro tra cui finestre che si affacciano anche sulla vista di New York !!

Incluso in tutte le camere sono molto comodi letti aria air bed twin size.

Telecamera di sorveglianza 24 ore su 24 del parcheggio / area del ponte posteriore.

La più grande delle due camere ha un ingresso privato sul giardino sul retro che ha la vista sullo skyline e un sacco di spazio per far giocare i bambini !!

Il parcheggio privato è disponibile $ 20 a notte per veicolo, questo deve essere prenotato e abbiamo posti limitati o il pass per il parcheggio residenziale gratuito su strada è disponibile su richiesta, il parcheggio in strada non è garantito, è necessario guidare e trovare un posto con in 4 blocchi di l'unità. Very poor service. Difficult to communicate with the host. No air conditioning in one bedroom.

Vrbo company itself is good because I used many times in the past and it was wonderful in other location, awesome service and I referred to many friends but I found very worst service in union city NJ. Bathroom was full of ants and I made a complaint to the host as soon as I checked in but was treated only in next day. In the hot summer day, the was no air conditioning in one bedroom. I reported about it but host said It was broke by previous guest which means they don’t check the property before check in by new guest. We slept 10 people in two bedroom for two nights because there was no air conditioning in one room.

Great View!!

The view makes this property! Totally worth it just for that. The property is slightly dated and needs a new grill. Peter was fantastic to work with. He showed us around and even took us to get a bite to eat. Easy access to New York and downtown Hoboken.

Very pleasant stay

Great location for a Manhattan visit, almost right across the Hudson River with an amazing view, much wider than the pictures suggest. On the map it seems far from the river but because of height differences you have the full view. The apartment is compact but as expected in the New York area and 3 bedrooms are rare. Great hospitality as well.

In regards to my rentals, I rent my apartments by rooms or the complete apartment, I live downstairs from the rentals w/ my son. At the NYC Skyline apartment my father is also available . My availability is 24/7 , I like to provide a comforting, relaxing environment to every new visitor.

Please excuse the front of the building right now as there is some construction going on with our neighbor and we are also re-doing the private parking lot and face of the building soon !!!

NOTE The exterior construction is being performed during normal working hours. The building is made from brick and concrete the noise from the exterior work during the day cannot be heard.
This apartment has video surveillance 24 hrs a day in the front parking lot and on the rear deck.

PLEASE Enjoy the barbecue on the deck while you look at the beautiful sunset onto the buildings of Manhattan !!!

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

The biggest attraction is so close to Manhattan with an amazing view from the 100' wide deck. The apartment building is only 15 minutes via New Jersey transit on bus number 123 with quiet residential neighborhood.

There is also and Olympic size swimming pool a couple of doors up it is open to the public you may need a union city ID or some paperwork please let me know if you are deciding to visit the swimming pool or the kids water play park area located at Fire Men's Memorial Park.

There is a 24 seven bakery one and a half blocks away, delicious pastries fresh hot bread, croissants, bagels and also some of the basics, milk, butter, soda, juices, eggs.

There's a 24 seven Diner called the Coach House Dinner located on eighth Street and JFK (John F Kennedy) Boulevard.

We also recommend Rumbas restaurant in Jersey City is close to the 2nd St Washington Park. Authentic Cuban cuisine average meal $4 to $9 !!!! They also make fresh juice !!!

In Washington Park located on 2nd St and Palisade Av there is a football field, soccer field, basketball courts and 12 tennis courts free !!! to the public we can supply tennis rackets upon request.
