Recentemente costruito 3BR + soppalco con 1 3/4 bagni a un isolato dal lago con vista sul lago. Ampio mazzo 12x20 per grigliare, rilassarsi, leggere il romanzo più recente o semplicemente godersi il tempo libero. La casa dispone di tre camere da letto ciascuna dotata di un letto matrimoniale e una zona soppalco con un futon matrimoniale. Grande sala molto aperta con 55 TV LCD via cavo e Internet. 1 3/4 bagni e un ampio cortile recintato per il tuo animale domestico preferito rendono questa struttura perfetta per la tua fuga in Wisconsin.

Champaign Toast is great

Nice house. Two big living areas for gathering. Bedrooms for private areas. We stayed there with family for my husband's 80th birthday. So much better than individual motel rooms. Our first time staying in a VRBO. Will definitely do this again.

Place is awesome

The house is spacious and the yard was perfect for our GSD. It was way bigger than we had expected. Only draw back was after we turned the sink on, and the smell made me very nauseous. Well water that hadn't been run prior to us getting there. When my wife had to shower, it got really bad. Other than that, Awesomesauce... highly recommend but bring your own bottled water in gallon jugs. If not for the water smell, a perfect 5.0. With the water though, 4.2

The Well-Equipped Home

After renting over 20 homes from VRBO both for friend get togethers and family vacations, Champagne Toast by far was the best equipped home of all. My college roommates and I get together once a year for a long weekend. This home has three bedrooms with comfortable beds. The closets had extra blankets and pillows. Lots of them. The two full baths had lots of towels. The kitchen had most everything you could ask for as far as utensils and equipment to make cooking a breeze. The neighbor was quiet. The only down fall was the water. The owner did let us know before we got there that we should bring water. So glad we took her advice. We would highly recommend this home.

Excellent Vacation

This was the 2nd time we stayed at this location and we will definately return. Easy access to the lake for kayaking and the fenced yard is great for our dogs

I bought this property in 1990 and it had a 2 bedroom cabin with no interior walls, had electricity and plumbing but no heat source for the cold winters. It also had an outhouse by the garage that subsequently had to be removed during this renovation. The cabin was basic but my family and I enjoyed many summers enjoying the lake and the community. The dream was always to build a new home on the large lot for our enjoyment and that dream has now become a reality.
We welcome sharing our dream with you, your family, and/or friends!

We would love to share our property with others who enjoy the Delavan Lake area and all it has to offer, the hours on the lake boating, swimming or fishing in the summer or skiing or ice-fishing in the winter.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

The home is located on a very large lot that has a large fenced in area to allow your four footed friend to come and enjoy the vacation with you. It also provides ample space to park 2-3 boats on the property as well as enjoy a night fire roasting marshmallows over the fire pit. There is a city launch at the end of the street available to launch your boat or other water sports equipment. There is a another private launch approximately 4 blocks away or the city launch about 15 minutes away.
