Beautiful, spacious ground-floor apartment in the lovely Helmotzplatz area in Prenzlauerberg, one of the cosiest places in town with a huge offer of bars, restaurants and trendy and creative shops.
The apartment has DSL-Internet. Equipped for babies. (baby cot and baby chair available upon request). Sheets, towels, blankets etc.. Are provided and included in the price.

This modern, self-catering apartment is spaciously designed and aesthetically decorated. It is perfect for the elderly, children and long-term renters

One bedroom with a king-size bed and a sofa bed + one living room with two design sofa beds sleep up to 8 people.

Wooden parquet, old ceilings, make it a unique choice in between old Berlin charm and beautiful design furniture.

Public transportation 1-minute walk (both subway and tram).

The apartment is situated in Prenzlauer Berg, one of the cosiest places in Berlin, surrounded by a huge offer in bars, restaurants and trendy boutiques. Mauerpark flea-market just 10 minutes by tram. Alexanderplatz (7 minutes). Branderburgertor (15 minutes).

The apartment is also suitable for fairs visitors who wish to be located in a lively neighbourhood in the evening.
ICC-Messe is only 20 min away by public transportation, no train changes required.

SINCE JAN 1st 2014 BERLIN HAS INTRODUCED A "TOURIST TAX" (5% of the Netto Price + VAT), THAT WILL BE COLLECTED IN BERLIN. I WILL CALCULATE THE TAX AMOUNT FOR YOU AND LET YOU KNOW THE DAY OF THE BOOKING.

Alles in allem ....

ein gelungener Aufenthalt in Berlin. Eine schöne, zweckmäßig eingerichtete und saubere Wohnung in toller Lage; gute Verkehrsanbindung, nette Geschäfte und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir empfehlen das Appartement gerne weiter.

Fabulous flat in a great neighborhood

We had a great stay. The flat is well-stocked, spacious, and in arguably one of the best neighborhoods on the Continent! You're steps away from cafes, bakeries, and everything that makes Prenzlauer Berg great. The tram is less than a block away, and the S-Bahn is only a few steps further. Two full-service grocery stores are within a block (one organic or, as they identify it in Germany, "bio"). With all that said, it's a super quiet street (which is important, as the flat is ground level). Our host was very responsive during our stay. All in all, it was a great experience.

Sympathique appartement bien situé dans le quartier "Prenzlauer Berg"

Sympathique appartement confortable, bien équipé, dans un quartier calme. Non loin de moyens de transports pour visiter les autres quartiers de Berlin( trams, métro). A proximité également d'une boulangerie, de magasins bio et de restaurants. Propriétaire efficace et charmant.

Roomy flat with plenty of doors for privacy in a trendy neighborhood

Our stay here was super! Aside from a non-functional coffee maker (which owner planned on replacing after our stay), the place was perfect! Plenty of doors allowed for privacy and quiet given that I am an early-riser and my two friends preferred to sleep later. I was able to putter around the kitchen and bathroom without waking anyone. Plenty of linens. Very close to bakeries, cafes, and grocery store. The vibe of the neighborhood is young hipster couples with small children which comes with great cafes and restaurants. With that said, the flat is on a relatively quiet street. It allowed for easy access to much of the downtown sights. Owner was super responsive to our needs. I would absolutely stay here again!
