Open Floor Plan / Soffitti a volta. Tre TV a schermo piatto, Internet ad alta velocità-Wi-Fi, w / grande parco giochi Set diapositive, altalene e barra di gioco personalizzata in cortile posteriore. Cucina rinnovata: elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, forni a doppia convezione / cucina completamente attrezzata con accessori e spezie. Master in King Suite (letto numero di sonno) w / piumone, 300 più foglio conteggio filo, bagno annesso con vasca idromassaggio + doccia separata, 2 scrivanie da ufficio incorporato più ampi cassetti di file. La camera da letto 2 dispone di letto a fondo pieno / queen-size con letto doppio e bagno privato annesso. Camera da letto 3 ha un letto matrimoniale e bagno privato con Stand Up / Walk in doccia. Barbecue a gas in acciaio inossidabile, zona pranzo all'aperto, pozzo del fuoco e struttura del gioco. Tutti i letti sono dotati di biancheria da letto 300+ Cnt / piumino. La casa comprende 4 tavole da surf morbide e tavole Boogie, Kayak, 2 tavole da paddle, asciugamani, sedie a sdraio. Lavatrice e asciugatrice per caricatori frontali in loco. A pochi passi (un isolato) da ristoranti, generi alimentari e Starbucks! Un isolato dalla sabbia e accesso molto facile all'autostrada 101. 1/2 blocco a Keys Water Park Entry per utilizzare Kayak o Paddle Boards. Ventura Harbor Village e Historic Downtown Ventura distano meno di 3,2 km e il bellissimo Marina Park si trova a soli 3 isolati di distanza. Ojai è a 20 minuti in auto, o 45 minuti in bicicletta. L'accesso a 1 km di pista ciclabile è a mezzo isolato di distanza per un giro rilassante al Ventura Pier e ai ristoranti del centro di Ventura. Accogliamo con favore affittuari mensili / a lungo termine (Attualmente stiamo lavorando con le compagnie di assicurazione per offrire la nostra casa alle famiglie dal fuoco di Thomas.). Non vediamo l'ora di connetterci con te per quanto riguarda la nostra casa. Sarà disponibile da fine agosto a metà settembre 2019.

Exceptional Property!

This was our second stay with the Lees! This is by far the best property we have stayed in! Their home is a perfect property for our family. From the fully stocked kitchen (spices included!) to the many toys available for use it's a vacation paradise. The home is beautifully decorated and comfortable. We hope to continue to visit for many years. Thank you Lees for sharing your home!

Great house, plenty of room for 8 people. The house has everything you will need.

We had a great time, we were relaxed the entire time. We did not need to drive anywhere. All the stores/restaurants are 2 blocks away. The beach is even closer and all the items you need are provided in the home. Marina Park is 2 blocks away and a great place to take the kids. I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect Family Retreat

We rented this property for the week of Thanksgiving so that our Tennessee and California family could all be together. I can't say enough about how wonderful and comfortable this house is! I cooked quite a bit and the kitchen was beautifully equipped. I loved the fact that the kitchen/dining area was open into the living area so that while I cooked I wasn't separated from the rest of the family. Fenced in back yard with swing set for the granddaughters was perfect for them to run in and out without worry! Plenty of games, toys, crayons to keep them happy and busy! The location is perfect - a short walk to the beach and honestly not far from anything you might need. I also liked the fact that their was a door separating the bedrooms from the living area so that early risers did not disturb those wanting to sleep later! This is a great house for a family gathering!

A beautiful house in a great location.

This house has a lot of great reviews, and they are well deserved. If I were you, I would stop looking and book this house. You will only be disappointed that you did not stay longer! The house if very nicely decorated and furnished, but still comfortable and family friendly. We had 7 people ages 2 to 87. The kids had a lot of fun boogie boarding, playing in the sand, and visiting the pirate playground. It was very easy to load up the wagon with chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys and walk to the beach. There were life jackets for the kids too. The house was close enough to take an early morning walk, watch the sunset, go see the stars, and run home if you forgot something. The outdoor shower with hot water made clean-up easy. We were mostly in California to visit family, but we flew in and out of Orange County so we visited Disneyland at the beginning at end of our trip (we thought California Adventure Park was a lot more fun than Disneyland.) From Ventura, we went to the Ronald Reagan Library and Universal Studios. We hope to come back again in a few years and would definitely recommend this home to others. If we would have had a few more days, we would have loved to have visited the Channel Islands National Park. We went to the visitor’s center which is about a 5 minute drive from this house, but we did not have time to visit the islands which are about an hour boat ride away. On the islands you can go hiking, diving, and kayaking, and see sea lions, whales, and all sorts of marine wildlife. All the basic supplies are furnished – soap, garbage bags, and basic spices which is nice especially is you are flying rather than driving. The grocery store was within walking distance, so we didn’t go out to eat. The freeway was also close which made getting places easier. The owner was very nice, responsive, and easy to work with.

family vacation at the beach

We loved this house. Comfortable for a family vacation with extended family, whimsically decorated, and walking distance to the beach and canals. We cooked in, BBQ'ed, walked to local restaurants, biked to the Farmer's Market in addition to boogie boarding, paddle boarding, surfing and more. this house has all the play equipment you'd need and a warm outdoor shower! We would definitely reccommend this house and area. We loved Pierpont Beach and Ventura.

We have lived in our home for the past 14 years, since our first born was 2 months old! We enjoy running on the beach, surfing, paddle boarding, kayaking in the Keys waterways, riding our bikes or walking on the path to the Ventura Pier and nearby Marina Park while our children enjoy taking a ride on the Pirate ship zipline (Marina Park). We enjoy designing and adding upgrades to our home as a couple w/ my husbands profession being a general contractor and myself enjoying decorating and design.

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We chose to live in the Ventura Keys/ Pierpont Bay and specifically this home on Bayshore because my husband surfs and he can walk w/ his boards to surf at 'school house' down New Bedford Court. There is also 'Little Beach' which is just a 1/2 a block away, where you can enjoy the play ground equipment with the kids & picnic or bring your kayak and launch it from the beach. We also chose this home because it is surrounded by other one story homes on all sides which is a bonus for privacy. We had the choice to purchase on the lanes, but in trade would be surrounded by two story homes when spending time in our back/ front
yard.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

My husband is a contractor and we have enjoyed being creative with the architecture and design of the home. Most of our friends & visitors comment on the arched doorways throughout the house, upgraded kitchen and bathrooms, the front enclosed courtyard with the outdoor shower - with hot water (!), and private back yard which is perfect for entertaining & fun for the kids. Also all the surrounding homes are also one story homes which adds for a sense of privacy.
