Not clean and in need of repairs
Upon arrival we were excited for our stay. The house had exactly what we needed 5 bedrooms and bathrooms. This was amazing for our group so we didn’t need to share with our housemates. When we arrived we noticed the house did not have the same level of up keep outside as the neighboring houses. The yard and walk were filled with leaves. Upon entering the house we immediately noticed that the home is in need of many cosmetic touch ups. The house is is rough shape could use a fresh coat of paint so all the nicks and dings aren’t as noticeable. After getting settled in we noticed some sheets are stained and a used wash cloth were left in the bath room on top of the shower. There is an electrical plug with no cover so hopefully no little children stay here and shock themselves! The back sliding door does not glide in its tracks freely so going outside to enjoy the beautiful view is work. The base boards and fans have a nice thick layer of dust on them. While there they came and shut the water off twice to change the outside water spigot. No one notified us of this either time. I contacted about these issues and no one seemed to care. Just told me they would pass along the info to the local manager. I also left an item at the house and emailed about it and no one has responded to that email if they are going to send it to me. We enjoyed the home and the space but as adults who have clean homes we would stay here again only if they clean it first. The space and location worked very well for us.
