Questo 2.700 piedi quadrati 4 camere da letto, 3 bagni condominio backup per aprire lo spazio con una splendida vista. La cucina ha una ristrutturazione straordinaria, oltre a molte funzioni aggiornate quest'anno. La suite matrimoniale ha un nuovo letto king size, 32 "TV a schermo piatto / DVD e bagno privato completo (ultimo piano). Il 2 ° (piano intermedio) e 3 camere da letto hanno entrambi letti king size con TV via cavo, e la quarta camera da letto ha 2 set di letti a castello, più un bel tavolo da biliardo (piano terra). Il soggiorno è arredato con mobili moderni, camino, 55 "Smart TV con cavo / DVD. Ci sono due ponti privati che hanno una vasca idromassaggio 6 posti (ponte posteriore) e grill barbecue a gas (ponte anteriore). Questa è una posizione fantastica in Deer Valley, con facile accesso alle piste da sci Deer Valley e Park City, oltre a una posizione molto riservata che si estende fino allo spazio aperto Deer Valley con pini e pioppi. C'è un garage per 1 auto e due posti auto di fronte al condominio, oltre a una nuova lavatrice / asciugatrice al piano inferiore. Questa unità ha il calore centrale e AC! Questa grande casa è direttamente adiacente a un'altra casa. Prenota entrambe le case per dormire grandi gruppi o famiglie fino a 20 !!!

Family Ski Vacation

Our family of nine enjoyed staying here for our ski trip. I'll list pros and cons: Pros: - Plenty of room - Super convenient location for getting to the slopes with the bus stop a very short walk down the driveway - Well stocked kitchen with a crockpot, spices, 3 coffee makers (drip and Keurig), plenty of dishes/glasses/silverware/pots and pans - Hot tub was great-especially since it is on the upper deck and looks out to nothing but nature - Mats are provided for wet snow boots on - Humidifiers, space heaters and fans provided for every bedroom - Extra blankets and pillows available - Very quiet even though it's off the main road into the resort - Pump dispensers with hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and dish soap provided Cons: - We felt like it wasn't well cleaned. There was pink mold in the bathtubs that I cleaned with some Clorox that was under a bathroom sink. We also found clothing made up in one of the bunk beds - Only one thermostat so controlling temperature could be an issue. Other reviewers have complained about the downstairs being too cold, but we were very comfortable - There were no baking dishes for making casseroles (9x13 pans). I bought aluminum pans from Walmart - Toilets are VERY low - The 2 bathrooms downstairs have been partially updated, but the sinks are too big for the space and leave no room on the counters - We had 6 adults but were only given 3 spa towels We had a great time and the location and ease of getting around was amazing!!

Deer Valley 2024 family ski trip

Condo did not match the photos on vrbo listing—looked much more updated in photos. Place needed to be updated especially the bathrooms. Carpets were stained and needed to be replaced. Rug in living room was worn out. Downstairs bedrooms were very cold. Old garbage was left in the pull out garbage drawer. There wasn’t enough lighting on the main floor/kitchen area—very dark. Overall, the location was good, but the accommodations did not match the large amount of money we paid for the rental.

Ski trip

The house was large, clean and very nice. Location to deer valley is great. It’s two minutes from the mountain. We had our kids in ski school and the drop off was so close. The hot tub after a day on the slopes is always nice

Beautiful townhome, great location!

Perfect for vacation with family and friends. Kitchen was well stocked and rental office was very responsive.

Heaven on Earth

Our family (60-3 yrs of age), had the best time celebrating our 60 year old! Deer Valley was fabulous and our stay at this VRBO was a perfect PERFECT location for our group. We were on the bus line but us was super simple just to drive and park in the ski parking lot. My only worry was Covid and I was concerned that between airlines cancelling trips and the pandemic, that our group of 10 may have had to cancel. I wish the owner would have given us a credit had either of those events effected our family. Fortunately that ended up not being a problem but that would have been a good to have had that worry alleviated. That was my only complaint…..Otherwise It was Heaven on Earth! We had a blast and the property was very nice and clean and perfect for us.
