Situato a pochi chilometri dal villaggio di Ruidoso. La nostra casa offre a te e alla tua famiglia una tranquilla atmosfera appartata tra gli alti pini del New Mexico. Situato appena fuori Ruidoso, è proprio quello che ogni famiglia ha bisogno di rilassarsi e rilassarsi nelle meravigliose strutture che il Nuovo Messico ha da offrire. Con 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni al piano superiore, 2 letti singoli e 3 letti full size e un bagno completo nel nostro piano inferiore ristrutturato di recente, la nostra casa è completamente arredata per essere la perfetta casa lontano da casa. Goditi una partita a biliardo, film e popcorn o rilassati nella vasca idromassaggio sul ponte. Siediti sotto il portico al mattino o alla sera e goditi tutti i profumi, i panorami e i suoni della natura. Portare veicoli fuoristrada (permessi necessari) e scendere nella Foresta Nazionale o portare le mazze da golf e rilassarsi su uno dei 5 campi da golf della zona. Vieni a sciare in inverno, scommetti sui cavalli o gioca per vincere al casinò.

Know before you rent

This cabin is very spacious and accommodates many people. Unfortunately it does not have a dishwasher. So while it hosts many people, not having a dishwasher is extremely disappointing and not very vacation-like when you spend much of your time cleaning up, especially with a large crowd. The water is not good to drink due to a very strong sulfur / chemical taste. Recommendation would be to bring plenty of bottled water. The cabin is somewhat in disrepair. There are holes on the deck that are simply covered up with carpet. The furniture, while very comfortable, is dirty/stained and obviously we'll worn. Bathtub doesn't drain well. Although the listing says that there is Wi-Fi, there is not Wi-Fi. Cabin was not very clean. Upon entering the shower for the very first time in both the master bathroom and in the other upstairs bathroom, there was hair stuck on the tile that did not belong to any of us renting at the time. There was also laundry left in the machines. Owner does not supply firewood and does not offer to have it available/delivered. So plan accordingly and bring your own. Also, it was disappointing that the owner has you clean out the fireplace at the end of your stay and does not include this in the cleaning fee. Not exactly the way you want to spend your vacation. When we arrived, the two coffee makers that they had did not work. Thankfully, the owner offered to reimburse us if we went into town to buy a coffee pot which is what we ended up doing. Heater was not functioning when we arrived. Thankfully, the owner did send a maintenance guy out to take a look at it. There is no trash dumpster on the property. The owner requires that all trash be removed from the property so be prepared to drive to a dumpster across highway or into town to dispose of your trash. The road to the cabin is unpaved, steep and Rocky with mini pits. Depending on inclement weather, definitely bring the proper vehicle and/or chains. The downstairs of this cabin looks to have been where the owner spent most of the time renovating. It is a fun area and the teenagers especially enjoyed it. Beyond that however, I do not think this property was worth the amount of money that they ask for it considering the disrepair, uncleanliness, the lack of a dishwasher and the cleaning that you have to do to ensure you get your deposit back upon leaving. It is in a great area and has a lot of potential.

Beautiful and Private Property!

This was a great trip! The property is large and private with plenty of good photo opportunities. Wildlife all around made it very pleasant. The house is huge with all the supplies you could need. The only negatives for us were the fact there was no wifi (good cell signal though) and the proximity to the highway. You do hear traffic outside all day which kind of spoils the tranquility. Other than that, great service from the hosts and a very memorable stay for my wife and myself. Thank you.

This is Great property located on a private road making you feel you are in a secluded area but still has the convenience of being close to town. It met all our expectations

Best cabin to stay with large family!

This was the best cabin we’ve stayed at in Ruidoso! We will have memories with our family that will last forever. The place was excellent for accommodating our large family. From the open floor plan that allowed everyone to be together in the kitchen, dining room, & living room.. to the awesome gameroom in the basement where we spent the nights hanging out. The additional bunk beds and hangout area for out family perfectly. The outdoor deck allowed us all to be together with its large space and outdoor corn hole game. We will definitely be booking this cabin again!
