This unique sun terrace made any rental holidays in Sesimbra look very short. This beach apartment is idealy for sun lovers and has the easiest walkway acess to amazing California beach (Sesimbra, Portugal).

It has a historic castel in the mountain besides the sea. This beautiful fishing zone brings the fresh products directly to your dishes ready to taste! Every family should try it.

Nice place in a beautiful town

It was my first time to Sesimbra and if you like beaches, I think it would be hard to do any better. As the pictures show, the property overlooks the beach and ocean. I went in Sept, 2019. It was still plenty warm but not crowded nor noisy. One beautiful evening with a full moon, we sat on the beach drinking wine. Aside from a couple looking for shells, we saw nobody on the beach. Two things about the apartment. 1) There is a non trivial amount of stairs to climb to get back up to the apartment. I think in the 110-112 area. I lost track counting. That might be a concern for some folks. 2) The apartment seemed to stay a fairly consistent temperature inside, 75 ish I would guess. I'm not sure what happens during hotter / colder months. I didn't see any A/C, heat, ventilation. I looked once because the neighbor did some grilling and smoked out the apartment a bit. Andy (the owner) helped me with a favor, responded to texts quickly, went over things with me when we checked in. Thanks Andy.

Beautiful views, extremely warm weather!

I must, first of all, praise the amazing costumer service that we received from this family! The place was immaculate and very well maintained! On that note I should give this property a 5 stars, however, the lack of an oven in the kitchen and the extreme heat in the balcony (in order to use the barbecue), made it impossible to have any of our meals on the site. If you take in consideration the cost of going out for dinner everyday and you feel OK with this perspective, this place is for you. Good exercise going up and down the 115 steps to the beach! Not recommended for older people unless you are willing to take a car everywhere you go! Awesome restaurants available everywhere with great fresh seafood! Thank you Andy!

Awesome views, perfect stay

A last minute opportunity to get away has been wonderful!The apartment is beach & city break spotless and has more than everything needed. The artwork throughout and the decorating is very tasteful. Andy is the owner and he is excellent, welcome and friendly, we used some barbeque utilities to prepar a dinner and enjoy stunning beach views in the gorgeous terrace. The view to la praia da california is simply the best, even from inside or outside the apartment.There are beach chairs and umbrellas for our use, and beach towels and bath towells. The apartment is super clean and very well set. Comfortable, cheerful and flooded with light, the sun terrace, beachfront, sits right on the waterfront and is considered the best terrace in east sesimbra bay for beach stays and city breaks. Along with the sea views, it serves up some wonderfully waves sounds, and there was a nice surprise, a fully welcome gift waiting from us. Thanks for all Andy, i will reccommend it to my friends&family.

Sesimbra best spot: The biggest terrace facing the beach and with private beach acess

Andy ask me to review my stay to share my holidays with other future guests. I will recommend it to all my friends and family once Andy, its an amazing spot. First, Andy is super friendly and welcone, we felt at home imediatly. I advice all that this spot is really unique because in Sesimbra its the only building with really cool and private beach acess, by stairs. Once Andy apartment is beachfront location we listen the waves all day&night. Andy help us with mobile apps and always respond to our questiin by mail or mobile. Andy show us Sesimbra and reccommend us one day trip to Lagoa de Albufeira and Meco. But we all prefer Sesimbra and our paradise, Andy premium beachfront apartment, congrats and thanks a lot for renting us you family apartment. In the past, before portuguese revolution on 1974 the building has is own beach, but we felt the same, a private beach in a private condo. Once again, thanks Andy, for all. We love it and our kids are all the time tslking about eheb we will go back to the beach house. Its a really wonderfull spot and i reccommend it to all my friends.

Perfect stay in Sesimbra

Following a couple of days in Lisbon, we wanted to add days with sun & beach. A bus took us from Lisbon to Sesimbra and we checked in in Andy´s appartment. Even though the building itself from the street side may not be so appealing (high, uniform), the appartment is really great. It is best located at the far east end of the bay with the longest terasse and a great view. As it is built into the rocks, it remains nice and cool (but consequently has no real windows). The appartment is nicely equipped, has a great barbecue and we can really recommend it. Andy is very nice and helpful. We took the sea side walk to the center of Sesimbra and back, which is really a wonderful walk. At about 200m there is an "internet cafe" wth free wifi. In the mornings there is a big market, also for fish and sea food downstairs. Enjoy!!
