Urban Living Winter 2024

The large, quiet, back patio is wonderful to enjoy reading, relaxing and taking in a little sun. The neighbors are friendly. We walked to the drug and grocery stores and to see the amazing Lyle Lovett at the Fremont. Walking home from the concert that night showcased downtown’s beauty with lights everywhere. The place is well stocked to meet your needs There is a high noise level in the front due to a construction project across the street (to be completed in 2025), a popular bar with a large outside area keeping patrons happy until 2:00 a.m; the street washer trucks that come several times a week as early as 4 a.m., and general traffic 24-hours a day. Thank you, Cindy, and your team for everything.

Great Condo Downtown

This is an excellent high end condo downtown. It is exceptionally well stocked and we had everything we needed to make Thanksgiving dinner (including a hand blender!). The rooms are much bigger than they appear in the pictures, so we had a lot of space to spread out. We had a fabulous one month stay.

Slice of Heaven

Thank you so much for sharing this amazing property with us. This is the second stay for us and we are booked for next year. We love coming to SLO and enjoying the downtown area while having a place to stay that is unbelievably clean and very secure. We spent a fantastic month in this beautiful and spacious condo; the downtown location is perfect for easy access to shopping, restaurants, great walks, and EV charging. Didn't want to leave!
