A perfect location from which to visit Scotland and all its many tourist attractions: Drummond Castle Gardens, Glenturret Distillery and Innerpeffray Library and Chapel are within 5 minutes drive. There is a sports facility with squash courts, tennis, astro hire, badminton and a great swimming pool - walking distance from the cottage. Keen tennis players are welcome to use the owners tennis court which is within the grounds.

There are numerous Scottish golf courses within very easy reach - Comrie, Auchterarder, Muthill, Crieff, St Fillans and Gleneagles are within 15 minutes drive.

There is a choice of fishing locations - rivers and lochs and centres of culture within easy reach too.

Restaurants, pubs and cafes locally are highly recommended.
