Worst trip ever !!!!
Where to begin well let’s say the owner is in Canada and has not been back to check his property in 2 yrs per property manager. I went grocery shopping the first day we got there low and behold the stove did not work $300 down the drain. Next the pool FILTHY not working at all I had my 1,7,11,and 12yrs old with me they were so disappointed, the cable and Wi-Fi got shut off the second day we were there but I must say by the forth day it was back on 🙄🙄, the video game systems had no controllers so they could not play them but there was a park in the complex that they were able to utilize. The game room EVERYTHING was broken the fourth day the thermostat stop working and that’s when the property manager finally came and said he has been trying to reach the owner but has not been able to contact him. The property manager said that I should of be refunded my money for all the inconveniences that occurred. They knew the stove was broken for a long time according to him as well as the pool. Bugs EVERYWHERE as for towels and wash clothes let’s just say good thing there was a Dollar General near by. I cannot say it was a total blow because we did have somewhere to sleep for 7 days but none of the amenities that are promised work!!! It took 3/4 days for someone to get back to me when I had been emailing and calling from the day I got there. I spoke with Vrbo and they were not much help because according to them I should of called them on day one but in the home there is a book that has information in it and it states if any issues email or call the property manager…. I can honestly say this was my children first time to Florida outside of the theme parks they did not enjoy themselves at all!!! If I could give 0 stars I would only thing the house was good for was the amount of people we had everyone slept comfortable but other than that it was THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!
