Great view, location, and all around stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is spacious and well designed. The end unit view is special. It adds light and wonderful views. It was great for our family of four. The pool was actually warm and well maintained. Only issue was balcony tiles needed some repair, but view and included beach service were wonderful.

Ocean, Sky, and Beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Breakers East many times, and we always find it a relaxing place to settle in and enjoy the beach, the ocean and the overall ambience of Destin.This unit is beautiful, lovely furniture and best of all really good lighting for those who like to read and do crossword puzzles. Comfy beds. Great shower. We have signed up to stay here again next year. I have several suggestions for the new owners. The microwave is rusty inside and should be replaced. The toaster oven did not work so we used the less easy toaster. I would say someone should go through the stuff in the kitchen and discard and replenish. It also needs some dishrags. The broken tiles on the balcony are a real hazard to cause tripping and should be fixed before someone falls. My last suggestion is for the owners to remove their stuff from the master bedroom closet. Although we managed with the hanging rack in the bedroom, we missed the use of the closet.I understand that these are new owners - they have a beautiful place and could make it much more comfortable for the next guests.Breakers East and Your Assistant at the Beach are the BEST!

Luxury Condo with beautiful ocean view

Stunning ocean view from Master bedroom, living room and patio. This home is equipped with almost all the necessities you need in a home so you will have feeling of living in your home. We are 100% satisfied with our stay.

No Better Place To Stay

I love Breakers because all of the units are beach front. It’s very conveniently located to everything you need. We absolutely love it. Would love to purchase one in Breakers East.
