Bella lusso 5BD / home 3bath con vista sulle montagne da 3 livelli.
Questa bella casetta è perfetta fuga per la famiglia o gli amici. 12 posti letto comodamente + un letto per un massimo di 2 più: Camera matrimoniale con il re, 3 camere da letto con letti matrimoniali, un 5 ° camera 4 posti letto con letto matrimoniale più letto a castello, e divano letto, se necessario, nel soggiorno.

Comodo per Smoky Mountain parte nazionale, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge (Dollywood). gita di un giorno a breve casinò Cherokee o Biltmore House.

Pratichiamo il miglioramento continuo. nel 2016 abbiamo completato un'importante ristrutturazione. Nel 2017 abbiamo sostituito finestre e rivestimenti esterni. Nel 2019 ricostruito il mazzo. 2020 se tutto va come previsto, vorrei convertire il bagno al piano superiore in 2 bagni privati per le camere da letto al piano superiore.

Molto a che fare con il tavolo da biliardo nella sala giochi, la fantastica vasca idromassaggio, molti bilancieri per leggere e semplicemente rilassarsi, avvolgere il portico, la TV a schermo piatto in tutte le stanze e un grande proiettore nella sala multimediale. Un sacco di animali selvatici che spesso di vedere una famiglia di cervi e in occasione vedremo un orso nero e suoi cuccioli.
Nel 2016 abbiamo rifatto l'esterno della casa e sostituito le finestre chiave.
I nostri padroni di quartiere 3 piscine, campo da golf e per eventi più grandi possibilità di affittare uno spazio dall'ufficio HOA quartiere in cima alla montagna.

Abbiamo acquistato questa proprietà alla fine del 2015. I nostri amici chiamano il nostro rimodellare una ricostruzione di come abbiamo sventrato 3 livelli a prendere questo 1970 cabina nel 21 ° secolo. era molto provare e tutto ciò ha richiesto più tempo del previsto. Cerchiamo di migliorare costantemente la proprietà.

Cool Place Up in the Hills

The road up to this place is quite the incline especially when going up the hill for the first time in the dark, while it was pouring. Once we got used to drive up the hill it wasn't that bad. The house had a beautiful view of the Smokey Mountains. The house was well laid out and had a place for everyone to kick back and relax. Areas for Improvement: - Overall the house needed a thorough cleaning. - The grooves in the kitchen table had food in them and need to be cleaned. - The wind blew in through the door seals in the upstairs master bedroom and several other bedroom windows.

Not what it's cracked up to be...

There were a lot of good things about our stay and the property - beautiful setting, convenient neighborhood. We even saw bears!! However we felt like many things listed in the description were not accurate - for example, the hot tub was basically unusable because the cover was broken, the pool table and dart board in the basement were in terrible condition and missing equipment (couldn't use either). The kitchen could use some serious TLC as well - we had 9 people staying in the house and there were only 7 forks!! We made the most of it and still enjoyed our stay but we probably would not return.

Cabin review

We recently stayed at this cabin with our family. The cabin is big and has a lot of potential. The neighborhood where it is located is very nice and the cabin has a nice view of the mountains. The only thing we believe needs to be improved is the overall cleanliness of the place. The oven was not clean, and there was spiderwebs in some areas. Also the fire places had a lot of dust and the sheets didn’t feel clean. For the price of these cabins we were expecting the place more than anything to be clean. One of the beds in one of the rooms of the main floor swings, seems like it was missing some wood parts and it was loose. Over all we had a good experience. The host was very responsive to all of our messages and was very helpful. All the instructions were clear and we had a very easy check in and out.

Family get away

The house was great, plenty of space for our family of 10, clean and attractive. Our only issues were getting in and out of the driveway, especially at night (dark) and trying to communicate with property owner about a need that didnt get resolved til the last night. Small concerns that didnt ruin our stay , so no big deal.

We have aspirations of retiring to the mountains and managing 5 of our own properties and 15 other luxury vacation rentals. A condo purchase in May of 2018 represents our 3rd property. In November of 2023, I purchased a fourth property, a railroad caboose. Throughout 2024, we will be converting the Caboose to a luxury 1 bedroom property with a goal of having it on rental for spring of 2025.

In 2013, we took over the daily management of the properties. We aren't perfect but we do believe in continuous improvement. We consider our places to be part of your vacation experience and as such we are part of 100's of joyous times with families and friends. Our hope is that the cabin & your stay in this beautiful city is a wonderful, lifelong memory.
