The Beach House è la destinazione perfetta per la tua vacanza sull'isola di Amelia, completamente rinnovata e molto elegante. Godrai di 4 ampie camere da letto con vista sull'oceano, 2. 5 bagni, un soggiorno e una sala sociale separata, una cucina di design aperta completamente attrezzata che guarda verso l'oceano con un sacco di spazio da pranzo al coperto e una grande terrazza fronte mare attrezzata con tavolo, sedie ... e rocker per sedersi e godersi il tuo

caffè del mattino o cocktail serale. Approfitta di un patio ombreggiato sull'oceano di livello inferiore con posti a sedere per il pranzo e sedie a sdraio per rilassarti con un buon libro mentre guardi i bambini giocare sul prato o fare castelli di sabbia sulla spiaggia o semplicemente ascoltare il ritmo della marea. Dal 1 maggio al 1 ottobre è la stagione di nidificazione delle tartarughe. Sarai sbalordito mentre le tartarughe madri depongono le loro uova dopo il loro impegnativo viaggio fuori dall'acqua e poi i loro bambini si dirigono verso il mare. Un'esperienza indimenticabile

per grandi e piccini. I nidi, quando trovati, saranno ben contrassegnati per la loro protezione. Presso il Beach House sono disponibili teli da mare, sedie a sdraio, ombrelloni e bougie board. La passeggiata della scheda di accesso alla spiaggia pubblica si trova proprio accanto alla casa. Questa proprietà di lusso si trova a 100 piedi dalla spiaggia, incastonata tra 4 ristoranti eccellenti, tutti a un miglio di distanza a nord e sud. sperimenta albe fantastiche dal tuo letto quando apri gli occhi al mattino. Troverai molti ristoranti, cinema dal vivo, cinema ... goditi surf o body surf, pesca, canottaggio, trekking o mountain bike lungo la via navigabile intercostale, il santuario di Egan Creek o la spiaggia. Guarda i tramonti nel centro storico di Fernandina Beach a soli 2 km a piedi o in auto. Il famoso e storico parco Fort Clinch State è a 2 miglia a piedi o in auto. Gli ospiti continuano a tornare alla Beach House…. per rivivere bellissimi ricordi anno dopo anno.

Great home!

Beautiful home….we’ll appointed. The property was clean, spacious, and in a great location. Plenty of room for our family. Beach just over the boardwalk….plenty of outside seating to enjoy the ocean and the sand. Already booked for next year!

Great beachfront house

This is a well-built, well provisioned, well-designed home directly on the Beach in Fernandina. The home itself is located about as close as you can be to the sand and it's just a short walk over wooden Boardwalk to get right on the beach. It's a nice part of the beach it's wide and often has a gentle smooth ocean. It's essentially a tri-level with three bedrooms upstairs and a single bath with shower. A lower-level master suite with separate bath and dual vanities. The main level has the kitchen living room, and a deck with nice furniture. There's also a lower level covered porch. They do provide a couple of inflatable beach toys, a couple of child-sized bodyboards, A few beach chairs. Several of the chairs that are there are broken because of rust weakening the metal and are not usable. There's an outdoor shower. The kitchen is as well provisioned as you could possibly want. The house is at least partially solar-powered. As far as I can tell you're not given access to the garage. I did text the management company about this but I never received a reply. One thing they could do is be more clear about this because there are several laminated documents from various current and previous management company explaining what is and isn't available at the house all the non-current one should be removed. They provide nice towels both for the beach and the bathrooms as well as the kitchen. They provided a reasonable supply of trash bags toilet paper and so forth however if you're heavy users of these things are just going to have to buy more or bring them with you. As far as the bedding goes I found the master bed to be quite comfortable. My guests were split on the beds in the upstairs area some felt they were too soft and others felt they were just right no one felt the mattresses were firm. One thing we all did agree upon is that the curtains are inadequate to prevent the Bright Morning Sun from getting into the rooms. If your light sensitive or like to sleep late you'll need to bring a sleep mask all of the upstairs bedrooms have Windows on the east side and a transom on the west side which means there's always going to be the light shining in those rooms. This is great natural lighting but if you want to sleep late you may find it problematic. As long as I've said this is one of the best beach houses I have stayed in in Fernandina her last 20 years.

The Beach house was perfect for our family vacation. The house was spacious and had everything we could need. Can not recommend enough!

Great family vacation

Perfect house for our family. Everyone had their own room and the kitchen was great. The view from the family room and deck was spectacular and the walk to the beach was less than 50 steps. Loved the furniture on the deck and the layout of the house was very functional for the family.
