The air-conditioned main area (photo 1) opens onto the garden and the large panoramic terrace. It comprises :
-A fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and American fridge with integrated ice dispenser.
-A dining room seating up to 26 people.
-A lounge with a large stone fireplace (not functional).
-An 80m2 panoramic terrace with barbecue, plancha, dining area, relaxation area and table football (closed with transparent tarpaulins from the end of October to the end of March, doubling the surface area of the living area to 160m2! (Terrace heating available as an option))
-An outdoor jacuzzi (optional)
The sleeping area, a former sheepfold, is connected to the main living area by an internal stone staircase and a large skylight:

Bedroom 2: 160cm bed (separable into two separate beds) and a bunk bed, shower room with walk-in shower and separate WC + air conditioning.

-Bedroom 4 duplex: 160cm bed on the ground floor and a mezzanine with 160cm bed, a shower room and WC nearby + air conditioning. (sleeps 4)

In total, the property can sleep up to 26 people. Split beds offer greater modularity for groups wishing to sleep separately (business seminars, cyclists, etc.).
