Cabina luminosa e soleggiata nel bosco. Un grande spazio aperto perfetto per le famiglie in cui rilassarsi ogni stagione. La cabina si trova a 5 minuti dalle piscine Donner Lake, Truckee e Tahoe Donner, tennis, centro fitness, golf e driving range. Due piccole famiglie possono stare comodamente in casa e saranno sicuramente in grado di creare divertenti ricordi di famiglia. Ci sono 3 camere da letto (master suite con re, una regina e una camera doppia a castello). C'è anche un comodo divano letto matrimoniale pieghevole e un ulteriore letto singolo a pouf. Il cortile è su un dolce pendio perfetto per lo slittino con i bambini in inverno e un cortile piatto nella parte posteriore perfetto per correre in estate. La casa ha una nuova vasca idromassaggio sul patio posteriore ... ottimo in inverno e in estate. In estate c'è una firepit a gas che puoi usare perfettamente per arrostire marshmallow o semplicemente goderti il panorama.

In inverno, è un disco veloce per le piste ... 15 minuti da Sugarbowl, 20 minuti da Northstar e Squaw. In estate, rilassati sulla terrazza soleggiata o nel tranquillo cortile sul retro o guida giù per la collina fino al lago Donner e goditi l'accesso degli ospiti (a pagamento giornaliero) al porto turistico privato dove è possibile paddleboard, vela, kayak o semplicemente rilassarsi sul lago. La casa dispone inoltre di accesso giornaliero per le piscine Tahoe Donner, il porto turistico privato sulla spiaggia, il centro fitness, il centro ippico, il tennis e il golf. Esci a fare una passeggiata nella natura dalla porta principale per scoprire le dighe di castori e gli scoiattoli volanti, arrampicarti sui massi di granito, esplorare il torrente o fare un'escursione a chilometri di sentieri intorno alla casa. Le spiagge del Lago Tahoe sono a meno di mezz'ora di distanza. Puoi fare rafting sul fiume Truckee, mettere alla prova la tua schiera di altezze nelle avventure di Treetop, andare in mountain bike e percorrere i numerosi sentieri nelle vicinanze. Ci sono molti modi in cui la tua famiglia può godersi la casa in ogni stagione.

Outstanding place to enjoy family and fun

The home was wonderful. It was perfect for our group, the hot tub was an amazing feature too. We cooked in the nicely stocked kitchen, had the fireplace on for warmth and ambiance as the snow fell, and enjoyed the hot tub, which is very hot. There were 5 adults, two teens and two dogs and the home was spacious enough for us all.

Well lived-in property but lots of fun!

We had a great time at this rental and the owner was great to communicate with via text. The house is very well lived in. It was the first rental I’ve been in that I felt the need to text pictures to on the day of check-in to show that we didn’t cause the damage. For example- there is leak damage that hasn’t been repaired in the ceiling of the bunk bed room, there are burn marks on the kitchen counters on both sides of the range, a light bulb was completely broken off and propped up in the master bedroom, the weather stripping in the door leading to the back deck is falling off. Did any of these things affect the quality or comfort of our trip? Definitely not. But I didn’t want the owner to think any of it was caused by us and I wasn’t sure if there was a management company that hadn’t been updating her, so I ended up bugging the owner a bit and hopefully it didn’t sound like complaining. A couple hours of maintenance could definitely spruce it up. Overall we had a great time. BBQ worked great. The hot tub was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked. The towels were worn but it was fine. Plenty of sleds!

Great Tahoe Donner House

We really enjoyed this house. Having stayed at many Tahoe Donner houses, the organization of this house was incredible. Every drawer labeled clearly with what supplies where inside. Very good cooking utensils for a family that likes to cook together. Grill was very clean. Hot tub was great, very hot! Great spring break skiing with our family.

Wow what a fantastic place! Z cabin has everything we could want and was the perfect stay for our family.,A quick drive for skiing at Palisades and a lovely soak in the tub after. Amazing communication from the host, would absolutely stay again! Thank You

We loved this cabin!

This cabin was perfect for us. We had myself and my husband, our three kids in their 20's and two significant others. It sleeps 8 very comfortably, and we were able to bring my daughter's 45 lb dog as well. Karen was great to communicate with. Everything in the cabin - WiFi, hot tub, televisions, kitchen appliances, etc. worked great. There is plenty of sitting room and a nice cozy fireplace in the main room. It is close to everything in Truckee. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay again!

We have been heading to Tahoe for years skiing in the winters. When we had our kids, we began enjoying the summers too. Now we love Tahoe every part of the year. Every time we go, it is literally a breath of fresh air from San Francisco, and it's been so fun watching our kids connect, interact and enjoy the amazing nature around them. They can be kids and jump rocks, play in the woods, swim in the lake, float down the truckee, kayak in Donner Lake, and of course, ski. After years of renting in every season and years of looking for a home to buy, we finally decided to take the leap and purchase a home in Tahoe Donner. We can't wait to make the family memories now in the same home year after year.

Tahoe Donner was our favorite place to rent because of the wonderful community and amenities. As a guest, you have access to their fitness center, pools, tennis, etc. If you want to ski, hike, bike, swim, golf, play bocce, swing on swings, shoot hoops, archery or ride a horse, you can do all of that within Tahoe Donner. Year after year, we come back and discover new activities that Tahoe Donner has to offer. They also have so many family events all year that bring families together and make it festive for everyone.

We fell in love with this house since the set up was perfect for our family of four and knew we could invite another family to join us. It was sunny and bright with plenty of sleeping room for everyone. Its open space was great for hanging out and we loved how close it was to everything. Being near the entrance of Tahoe Donner makes getting everywhere easier and super convenient. When our kids are older, they can bike to the pools and town. We also loved looking out to the trees and woods around our house. It felt very private.
