Splendida villa a 3 piani con splendida vista sulla baia di Kalkan. Piscina riscaldata.

Villa Antik è una splendida, spaziosa, luminosa e ariosa villa a 3 piani con 3 camere da letto con una grande piscina privata riscaldata e una terrazza situata in una posizione elevata con vista panoramica su Kalkan e sulle montagne del Tauro. Il design della villa si basa sulle dimore del Bosforo di Istanbul. La Villa si trova a circa 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Kalkan (o una breve corsa in taxi di 5 minuti al costo di circa £ 3)

La Villa ha una grande piscina privata riscaldata (supplemento di riscaldamento di £ 100 / settimana da pagare in loco) e una zona pranzo con incantevoli giardini piantumati e un barbecue a disposizione degli ospiti. Ci sono molti lettini e ombrelloni.

Al piano terra c'è un ampio salone e zona pranzo e una cucina recentemente rinnovata dotata di lavastoviglie e refrigeratore d'acqua, così come altri elettrodomestici usuali. Il salone ha una smart TV da 40 "con x-box, lettore DVD e una vasta selezione di DVD da guardare. Wi-Fi gratuito

Il primo piano ha una grande camera matrimoniale con balcone e bagno privato. Un'altra camera doppia ha anche il bagno privato. Infine c'è un'attraente area salotto con terrazza comune, incorniciata da 2 grandi pilastri e con una vista mozzafiato sul porto e sul mare.

Il secondo piano è una master suite con spogliatoio privato, un balcone e un meraviglioso bagno jacuzzi con vista sulla baia. Alcuni sostengono che abbia la "migliore vista sulla jacuzzi a Kalkan".

Amazing Villa

We had a fantastic holiday in this villa. The pool was amazing and the kids were in it all day every day. The Villa was clean and well equipped. The location felt safe and was quiet with amazing views down onto Kalkan. It is a walk to the harbour, shops and restaurants and the incline back home was too much to walk but with readily available cheap taxis it was never a problem. The property owner was really helpful and on hand to provide any help or advice needed and gave lots of fantastic recommendations of restaurants and day trips.

Fantastic villa in a great location

We had a lovely 11 nights in Villa Antik. Nothing was too much trouble for the host both before and during our stay. Both the Villa and the pool were spotless, the pool was cleaned regularly throughout our stay and on day 6 housekeeping came and cleaned the Villa. The location is perfect. Away from the hubbub of the town and yet only a 10 minute walk away (taxi back as the steep incline was too much in the heat!) And the views are absolutely stunning. Loads to do in the area, many attractions recommended by the host and lots of contacts and details given to help us book boat tours, beach clubs and restaurants. We definitely recommend staying at Villa Antik!

Lovely villa

Had a lovely stay at villa Antik. Maeve was easy to contact and supplied lots of useful info before our holiday. The villa has super views of Kalkan harbour and was clean and well maintained. Like lots of roads in Kalkan it was quite rough but that meant very little traffic came past.

Fabulous stay for our first time in Kalkan!

We were a family of 4 adults and 2 young kids (6 and 8) and this was our first time in Turkey. We had a fantastic stay in Villa Antik and would definitely stay again. The owner, Maeve, was really helpful beforehand giving us all sorts of information on the villa and the local area, as well as numbers for taxis etc. The property manager in Kalkan was also very easy to reach via whatsapp on the few occasions we needed him. Check in was totally painless - man was there to greet us with a key. Checkout likewise - key in a safe box. Water delivered when we needed it (TL40/£2 for a huge bottle to go in the dispenser - don't drink the water in Turkey!). We stayed in October and therefore needed pool heating. The temperature was absolutely perfect every day of our 11 day stay. Location is great - about 15 minute walk into town (with kids) but it is on a VERY steep hill so you have to be very careful you don't slip. Not good for anyone with any disabilities or impairments. All the villas on this side of town are though and it's very easy to get a taxi. TL60/£3 each way and they arrive very quickly. Village has a big taxi rank where they are always waiting to take you back (you wouldn't want to walk back up the hill). The local migros supermarket on the main street into town has a very handy taxi button you just press when you've done your shopping and a taxi arrives within 5 minutes. No car required (we didn't have one). There isn't much within easy walking distance though because of the hills so you can't "pop out" for a quick coffee or loaf of bread without doing some serious climbing. The villa is a little dated in parts and more of a traditional style. I.e. it isn't a newly built modern villa with all the latest tech etc. But we love that and though we saw a few minor things that could be improved (which I've communicated to the owner), it certainly wouldn't stop us staying again. All round a fab stay in Kalkan and we would definitely stay again!

Another fabulous trip to Kalkan

We have just returned from a wonderful 2 week stay at Villa Antik. The villa was extremely spacious with a nice sized pool and exactly as described in the brief with far reaching views over the bay. The night view was simply amazing. The proximity to town was also great - as we all know in Kalkan, walk down, cab back up! Villa Antik exceeded expectations and Maeve and Muhammet both were extremely friendly and helpful in giving advice and tips to make our holiday complete. Kalkan has lots to offer from the many beach clubs, fantastic restaurants, markets, excursions, Padi diving etc.. We love it. Thank you Maeve - we hope to return some day.

The combination of a lively and buzzing atmosphere in town . The high quality restaurants and bars , friendly people and plenty of activities and sights , is balanced by the quiet location of Villa Antik and the breathtaking view .

The Villa has a traditional Bosphorous design , with elegant high columns . Each room has its own carefully designed private balcony and en suite facility . The master bedroom fills the top floor with a stunning jaccuzi bathroom and dressing area .The open plan living area is airy and cool . The kitchen fully equipped , as we know how important this is .
We love having a BBQ in the evening watching the sun set , and the boats return to harbour . At night the lights in the town below give a new view to appreciate . It really is a magical place .
