209 W. Hurlbut. Charlevoix Family Home - bella casa, completamente aggiornata. Un isolato in città, a quattro isolati dal lago Michigan. Duemila piedi quadrati. Tre camere da letto al piano superiore (un re, una regina, una doppia e due letti singoli). Due presepi pieni. Una piccola culla. Due bagni completi: uno al piano superiore e uno al piano inferiore. Letto matrimoniale nella quarta camera da letto al piano di sotto. Enorme cucina con sgabelli isola / bar e tavolo da cucina per otto persone. Altezza sedia. Due condizionatori / forni centrali - uno per piano.

Tutti gli elettrodomestici, tra cui lavatrice e asciugatrice, TV a grande schermo con Direct TV satellitare, TV ad alta definizione con TiVo. Tutte le camere sono dotate di TV. Enorme cortile recintato con terrazza e vasca idromassaggio integrata. Firepit e legna da ardere inclusi. Swingset per bambini e casa sull'albero. Barbecue a gas / propano e tavolo da picnic sul ponte sul retro per cena / divertimento. Vita per tutto l'anno - tutta la biancheria, asciugamani, teli mare, argenteria, ecc. Camino in vero legno con legna da ardere ghiacciata. Affitto a settimana o lungo weekend (a seconda della stagione). Le tariffe sono determinate dalla stagione.

A Great Upper Michigan Family Beach House Experience

Stayed here with a few friends for a low-key ski trip in January. The house is warm and cozy, and even in winter the hot tub is wonderful. Location-wise, while it is a bit aways from the shore, it is easily walkable to Charlevoix's Main Street and the beach, even in heavy snow. A short, 5 min drive gets you to the Mt. McSauba ski hill, perfect for first time skiers. Andrew was very friendly and responsive, and their house feels like a nice, lived in family vacation home, not a property just being rented out by a company. We were happy to spend some time there and would stay again.

Perfect for family of 7

We went to go skiing at Boyne but got rained out every day we were there. Luckily the house had everything we needed for an amazing time. Huge tv in the family room to watch movies, huge table in the kitchen for cards and games, four nice bedrooms with comfy beds and the hot tub works rain or shine 😊 Location was also amazing. 5 minute walk to restaurants, shopping, and the movie theater. The people or Charlevoix could not have been nicer. We even took a quick day trip to Petoskey for lunch! Great time had by all. Would def rebook!

Wonderful Wedding Week!

This was a perfect location and home for us to stay in for a family wedding. It had plenty of bedrooms and bed accommodations. We loved the fact that it had a fenced in yard with a play structure, fire pit and plenty of room to have family over. We used the hot tub almost daily and that was such an added treat. The location to town and the beach was fantastic as it allowed us to have adventures without having to drive or pack up a car! Our host, Andrew had so many added amenities .. lots of towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, firewood and plenty of outside seating. Inside there were lots of dishes and pots and pans ( totally appreciated by me..the cook) so we could all eat together and prep time was cut in half! He also made himself available if we had any questions or concerns. We appreciated the great work his housekeeper did to make the home clean and ready for our arrival..and the front porch is spectacular with all the lovely flowers . We look forward to staying in his home again.

We have been renting it for 12 seasons and have always enjoyed sharing this renovated home and all amenities it provides through the years. You're looking for a Charlevoix experience with all of the luxuries of home, this house will not disappoint. melodies it provides

The dual central air conditioning is one of the features that many of our guest fun particularly rewarding. Additionally, there is a covered had tub and barbecue directly outback with a large deck meant for family seating. The house is spacious, the floorplan is open and our various features for each age group to love.
