Scappa alle spiagge di sabbia bianca di Destin! Le limpide acque blu placheranno tutte le tue preoccupazioni. Questo moderno condominio con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni con TV a schermo piatto, lettori DVD e connessione Wi-Fi. Siamo a soli 2 isolati dalla spiaggia! Se stai cercando un rifugio tranquillo per coppie o una divertente vacanza in famiglia, sei nel posto giusto. Destin è piena di attrazioni e ottimi ristoranti. Situato vicino al ristorante di pesce Pompano Joes. Dal patio ci si trova a pochi passi dalla piscina e dai rigogliosi giardini tropicali. Palme alle porte !! UNITÀ PIANO TERRA !!!! Issues

We stayed in this unit the later part of December, brought up several issues to the owner, we returned in March to find the same issues plus didn’t have internet for the first five days. We had little or no hot water for several days. Maintenance man replaced both of the elements in the hot water heater.

Emerald Coast Winter Get Away

The condo was just as described. The location was perfect for us. It was less than an hour to Navarre Beach and an hour from Panama City. Most of the time we drove the three blocks from Crystal Village to the beach. The condo was quiet and we enjoyed our time there. We texted with the owner several times for some issues. They called in their repairman. He arrived quickly and was just the nicest man. The condo is nice but it does need a little TLC. Any and all issues were resolved by a quick text to the owners except for the internet. There is internet in the condo but it is a public internet and not secure. I spoke with the Cox Media guy and he told me to purchase my own router and connect it to the Cox Media box. I did this and created my own secure internet.

Affordable

We spent Thanksgiving week here and made lots of memories. The condo was perfect for our family. If you are looking for high-end, keep looking. If you are looking for clean, comfortable, affordable lodging this is it. The walk to the beach is a little longer than listed. It's about .3 mile to the beach. A little too far for my elderly mom. But we were able to drive and drop her off close by. I would definitely stay here again.

Disappointed

We arrived Saturday evening after a 15 hr drive from Indianapolis. The first thing we noticed was the broken pull out couch. We emailed the manager who promptly sent out a maintenance guy. We told him it wasn’t a big deal that we weren’t planning on using it and that the air mattress would be fine. He left we then noticed a horrible stench throughout the condo. We thought it was the garbage disposal which it was smelling quite a bit with rotten food. Then my son checked a closet in the guest bedroom and noticed a water spot in ceiling and a water mark on the shelf. Not sure where the leak came from but the smell was awful. My wife started to look through dressers to put clothes in but they were already full of other peoples clothes. At this point, I sent another message to the owner and got no reply. My wife went to the store and bought some air freshener to help with the smell but that didn’t help. We then started noticing broken appliances such as only 1 burner working on stove. Dishwasher not screwed in so when you pulled door the unit almost falls out. My wife emailed all the concerns with no reply. We didn’t want to ruin our vacation so we decided to just go with it. Then on Monday they decided to do a complete remodel of the Unit above us so for the rest of the stay we heard sawing and hammering throughout the day. Luckily my daughters friends family booked a VRBO in same complex at 4 B which was perfect. Running out of characters for full review but it was a bad exp
