Splendida villa indipendente con piscina privata riscaldata nel suo terreno e non su una strada principale. Molto vicino alla maggior parte dei luoghi ea soli 20 minuti di auto dall'aeroporto. Il layout è come ti aspetteresti da un bungalow in Inghilterra. Un sacco di spazio interno.

Teguise - Villa with Private Pool

Property not clean and frankly unsafe. No support from the host. DO NOT BOOK FOR A FAMILY HOLIDAY. Stayed only for 2 nights then had to seek and pay for additional accommodation to save the holiday.

Good location, lovely pool, fab manager.

Chris the manager was great, really helpful with info about the island, showing us around the villa and getting us a new kettle the same day that the one in the villa stopped working. The kids loved the pool which was clean and warm enough for them to be in for hours. There was plenty of crockery and cutlery for the 6 of us although kitchen knives were a little blunt. The villa itself was fine size wise but what I would describe as tired, some missing tiles, tired flooring around the pool and the wardrobes were a bit musty - a bit of a refresh would breath some extra life into it but equally the price is maybe reflective of this. Location was great for us as we had a hire car, Teguise had some lovely shops and restaurants and wasn’t overly busy or touristy and only 10mins away, large supermarkets about 15min drive away and a small shop in Nazaret itself which was within walking distance. Good beaches were within 30mins drive or less along with the National Park with the volcano tours (tip drive in and park then get a coach tour it’s €12 per adult and much cheaper than the organised tours which pick you up by coach and then take you there) We had a lovely time.

A bit disappointing Needs a spruce up

If you were just marking the service from Chris the property manager it would be 5 stars. However the property needs a serious spruce up. There are broken tiles inside and out. The pool was hazy when we got there. Chris did sort it after a few days. Towels were worn out and one had holes in. No washing up liquid, tee towel or dish cloth. No pegs. Washing machine was broken. The green felt around the pool had large holes in it. Sunbeds were dirty. Photos of the main bedroom lounge and kitchen are different to reality and they need updating on the web site. The villa is nice and quiet though. Very peaceful. But it just lacks a bit of money spending on it and tile replacement.

Fabulous Stay

Amazing spacious villa and pool, had a lovely, chilled stay in this fabulous villa with private pool for 2 weeks, shopping left on arrival and to taxi being booked for us on departure, nothing was too much trouble, would recommend and stay again.

We have lived in Lanzarote for over 20 years and are a family run company. We are on hand 24 hours per day in case you need us but we are far enough away to leave you to enjoy the freedom of having a villa holidays. Why choose Nazaret? It is a typical Canarian village with a mixture of sophisticated and typical restaurants, is very near to anywhere and only 20 minutes from the airport. We have had clients who have lost their passport or become ill but have always been there to deal with things and get them home again.We are on call 24 hours per day and can arrange most things for our clients.

We bought our first property because we were looking for a holiday home that was not in a commercialised location. We had visited Tenerife and did not like the overdevelopment, Lanzarote is a protected Island that is not over developed has awards for a biospere of outstanding beauty award and offers something for everybody, young and old.

Cosa rende unica questa struttura

The main benefit of staying at the property is coming away feeling relaxed having completely escaped the rat race that we all have to live in. The children are safe, the weather is always good and everybody can enjoy the total freedom to use a pool that is private, clean and safe for children.
For the older person you are not going to be worried by climbing mountains of steps because the villa is laid out like you would expect a bungalow in the UK. You are near to everywhere but far enough away from crowds and noise.
