Villa Chloe è la nostra casa di Cipro, non solo qualsiasi 'affitto'. Noi migliorare ed aggiornare costantemente e molti dei nostri ospiti venire e anno visita dopo anno. Si tratta di una estremamente spaziosa villa contemporanea indipendente in una posizione privilegiata, con un ampio salone open space, sala da pranzo, cucina di lusso, wc al piano di sotto. All'esterno è una grande terrazza solarium, piscina con gradini, ampi lettini, giardino area lounge e pergolato con barbecue e zona pranzo al fresco. Al piano superiore sono le 3 camere da letto spaziose, tutte con grandi armadi, camera matrimoniale con bagno en-suite potere doccia, più bagno di famiglia. Ci troviamo a breve distanza da Protaras e Pernera e alcune delle migliori spiagge di Cipro, tra Ayia Triada con il suo porto peschereccio, e Sirena Bay con i suoi panorami idilliaci, e celeste Taverna. Facile passeggiata a numerosi bar, ristoranti e supermercati. Bus o taxi per il 'luci luminose' bar e club di Protaras e Ayia Napa.

Comfortable villa, but wouldn’t return

Pros: Villa is clean and comfortable. Owner is quick to reply and assist. She sought somewhere I could hire a wooden cot which was much appreciated. Taxi recommended by owner was very helpful too - we used for all trips. General info provided by owner on surrounding places to eat and beaches also helpful. Cons: Zero pantry items. No oil, salt, nothing. Every guest has to provide and throw everything away at end of their stay - which I find wasteful and unusual compared to other places we’ve stayed. We arrived late on a Sunday with 2 young kids - a welcome pack of bread, milk, eggs to get us started would have been appreciated - there was nothing. So we went to a bakery 15 mins walk away, but was dark when we left the bakery and got lost as v little street lighting. Not ideal. There was a terrible manure smell around the general area surrounding the villa on a number of days. The villa is surrounded by fields and I believe this is a potential issue late in the season (not high season) but something to bear in mind if you travel in Oct half-term like we did. The beaches near by are ok. A bit dirty to be honest and no showers. The nicest and cleanest beach by far was Fig Tree Bay - it has showers/toilets and nice places to eat: it’s a 10 minute drive away. The area around the villa is pretty dead. It’s quiet inside the villa which is good. When we arrived there was only one bathroom with hand soap and no hand towels (there are 3 toilet/bathrooms in the villa). I also couldn’t find a dish drainer. I emailed the owner and Chris (poc who manages the villa) asking for 2 more hand soaps and dish drainer. Also enquired about the smell if any info available. Incorrect number of hand soaps received next day from apparently the pool cleaner (they didn’t introduce themselves). Basically, communication with Chris was poor overall and frustratingly the owner thought it appropriate to email lengthy replies back to me while on holiday with various explanations whilst also commenting these were all ‘minor issues’. Which I thought was very inappropriate. At the end of the day, if you’re on holiday and you ask for assistance with reasonable expected items, it should be dealt without a fuss in my opinion. Instead I literally had to write back saying I’ll reply back to your lengthy email when I return home to the UK. Shame - if it wasn’t for the poor ineffective communication, feedback would have been better! Needless to say we wont return.

Lovely villa in a great location

We have just spent two weeks at Villa Chloe and what a fabulous time we have had. The villa is everything you want, clean, spacious, fully equipped kitchen and large pool with loads of different areas to sit in whether you want the sun or shade. The pool was cleaned several times whilst we were there but done first thing in the morning before we were up so they didn’t disturb us. We hired a car so went to different beaches which are all idyllic but you could get by without a car as there is a bus stop nearby. Loads of different restaurants within walking distance or a short taxi ride away. Would definitely recommend Villa Chloe and will be returning at some point.

Best house we ever stayed in.

The House was well equipped and VERY cosy. The pool area was amazing as was the terrase in the shadow were we had all our meals. Host is very friendly and cares about every detail!

Villa Chloe is in a great spot outside Paralimni and within walking distance of beaches.

We stayed at Villa Chloe for 7 nights at October 1/2 term and despite some rain and one thunderstorm enjoyed temperatures near 27 degrees. The villa is large and spacious and has everything you need for a home from home stay. Very comfortable and the owners provide you with lots of information about where to eat, shop etc... Cyprus itself is still very much developing but the hospitality and food in the area was exceptional. We enjoyed eating at Pernera and in the restaurants close to the villa. We also BBQ'd in, sourcing food from the local Metro which is about an 8 minute bus ride away. This was an effortless holiday as the owner communicates well and quickly and all is laid on for you. If you want to party hard, go to clubs etc.. then this is not the place for you.

I am Sue,and with my husband, David, we have owned Villa Chloe since 2004, after being introduced to the culture, food and personality of Cyprus by some great Cypriot friends. Having guests to rent the villa helps us to keep Villa Chloe maintained and allows us to constantly make improvements. We like to surprise our regular guests with new features when they return; this year: A newly lined pool with walk in steps,a PS2, a larger TV, new trees and planting for instance. I work in residential lettings,giving me the experience to know what guests need , and to manage our rentals professionally, from the initial booking to the arrival and departure. We like to help you have a wonderful time, as simple as that!

Perché ha scelto questa struttura

We loved Protaras, as we are surrounded by the best beaches: huge sweeps of fine sand, tiny little coves, from quiet and remote for me, thronged with teenagers, and loud music for my children, or water sports for my husband; there is a perfect beach for everyone. Likewise, in the evenings do you want a stroll on the new coastal path all the way from Pernera to Protaras, to go clubbing, have a meze in a vine terraced taverna or barbecue at home, followed by a midnight swim. These and many other options are all here for you. Villa Chloe is in a mercifully peaceful area but minutes from several tavernas, the lovely fishing harbour, shops and a bar. Pernera is just along the coast, 5 minutes taxi, Protaras is 10-15 minutes away. All in all, anything, and everything for everyone!
